The comedy moments made this movie perfect. The romance is good, but the comedy makes it perfect. I always laugh after she pushes him down the hill, then realizes it's Wesley, so she rolls down the hill after him. She couldn't just run down the hill, no, she has to fling herself down this hill...LOL

Like not even the 'my love is dead I might as well be rich' thing which is vaguely implied in the movie.

If I had to go on a deserted island, and I could take just one single movie, I would take Princess Bride! :) It is so "too much", and uplifting! LOOOOVE IT! Thank you William Goldman! Great screenwriter! ;-)
Read Cary Elwes book about the making of this movie over the weekend. Very good, lots of funny, charming, and impressive stories to share. By his own description, he actually did have a crush on Robin Wright throughout the filming of this movie. If so, bravo-added to the performance immeasurably.

I looked up the name and found out that Cary played Wesley (Dread Pirate Roberts.) Amazing how a guy who could play such a classy character like Wesley and be a part of a horror flick like Saw
