      @@jalenc233 No it's too much pressure. He can't do it while the refs let tucker foul him every offensive possession. It puts too much strain. A shorter player consistently grabbing at him and fouling him is exactly how he got injured last playoff run. That resulted in his achilles injury eventually. He's so unstoppable the refs try to make it hard on him but he needs to be protected.

These athletes are finely tuned machines. They need to be protected. Driving a ferrari across mountainous terrain is a recipe for disaster. If the refs actually called fouls and Durant's teammates started playing well, hell yes they can beat the bucks.

    Mr Brian same thing happened to me two days ago, and some standing bone around my fibula hurts/slight pain when put pressure on my leg(left) what do I do to reduce pain or do I just, give it time with less pressure on my leg

    Just a thought/suggestion, maybe consider doing a series of videos each about a common specific injury (like a high ankle sprain etc.). That way you don't have to talk your whole way through it again just to get to the main point, I'm sure that gets tedious for you sometimes and it could allow you to get a little more thorough about certain things. You could just refer people to that video when it becomes relevant again. Just a thought! Love your vids doc!

    I had the same thing happen during an aau practice in hs and man it sucked. Almost half my foot was purple for a week, and took a good 2 weeks to get back to basketball activity. Hopefully his isn't as bad.

    Got a similar injury before when I was rushingly going down the stairs.
    Very painful injury, as even more so if applying any pressure by stepping with it or touch/light massage. I fully recovered after 2 weeks.
    I hope Kyrie get well soon and same with Harden, and hope that Nets would be able to get past thru Bucks.
    KD its all in your hands. Show us what you've got. Needless to say, carry the Nets to Finals. You'll get help once Kyrie and Harden recover.

    Experienced a very similar ankle roll last fall, grade three ankle sprang. I was astonished that all three doctors I saw said they'd prefer that I had broke my ankle than a sprang because it's easier to recover from. Took almost four months to feel normal again. Obviously, I'm not an athlete so that's a big factor, but I'll never down play it again

    I've done this to my right ankle twice. Both times it was in basically the same area of my ankle. Both times I heard what sounded like tearing. Ankle ballooned up like crazy and turned into all sorts of pretty purple and blue colors lol. Took forever for the swelling to go away.

    I had this exact injury. I didn't even step on anyone's foot. I just landed that way after jumping for a rebound. It took me a month to heal. 😓😓😓

    I had this injury when I was in the military running up a mountain trail. My ankle still has arthritis from that, years later. He won't be near 100% for the rest of this series. I expect him to miss at least a game.

    I hurt my atfl once and it took me some time to get back to normal (walking fast, pivoting etc)

    Informative video, but I got a similar sprain playing pickup basketball. and of course I'm not a professional and I'm much older than Kyrie, but it took months before my ankle felt normal and for me to play again! Why did it take so long for me, besides maybe age?? My sprain was diagnosed a grade 3 sprain!

    3-4 weeks for a grade 3?! Wtf
    I had a grade 3 in October and couldn’t hoop for 5 months. Please tell me how I can achieve a speedy recovery like 3-4 weeks. Brian Sutterer MD
