    I have cervical dystonia and as a result, an overdeveloped left SCM. This make my head often want to turn right. I'm trying to strength my right SCM to create better muscle balance. Do you think this will work? I just did the first 7 minutes and can see that this may help me. I hope so. Thank you, thank you, for providing these videos. You are an awesome teacher. I'm hoping through your yoga to explore the mysteries of my body and see if I can find long-term improvement. It's very difficult when your head wants to turn right and not turn left.

    I successfully did physical therapy for muscle-triggered migraines earlier this year. It’s amazing how much yoga is now incorporated into PT since the last time I tried (unsuccessfully) about 15 years earlier. Some of these are almost exactly what my therapist had me doing. Great ideas for more for me to try as I maintain my upper back and neck. I was able to straighten my hump in my back for the first time in my life.

    All of the sitting positions absolutely kills my upper back. I can’t find a comfortable position sitting up for long periods of time (even in chairs) do you have an alternative move or a workout to strengthen that issue? Love the rest of the workout though

    Thank You Dean! Again it was good. I have a question. I do practising calisthenics since Nov 2020. I do 4 days workout. At free days I try to get more mobility. Do you think can I use your yoga practice for my calisthenic mobility such as spacula, shoulder, hip etc?

      We always suggest combining yoga with other forms of exercise. You'll see improvements across the board!
