    Just.bought your new DVD...it’s fantastic. I had never tried yoga until I bought your original dvd after I had back surgery. Your routines were an absolute life saver. I have recovered all of my original flexibility and then some.

    This video is my favourite for my back. It works every time. I wish I had known years ago that tight hamstrings is also a contributing factor. It would have saved me a whole lot of pain. 👍🏻
