Best advice on this subject and I’ve been scouring TH-cam for a year and a half… such a reasonable train of thought to diagnose and rule out different conditions… THANK YOU You’ve helped me with so many of your videos but this one in particular because you walked me through the steps to open my mind to sciatica… How I wish you were here in Mexico so I could go to see you regularly… do you know any practitioners in central Mexico?
Hey True Story! Thank you so much for your feedback and for always coming back to our channel, we are extremely glad that the information we provide has been able to help you! 😄
I thought I just had plantar fasciitis. Tried all the bio freeze, frozen bottle, stretches, etc. Nope. Turns out there’s massive bone spurs, plantar fasciitis, arthritis from an old injury, and the most painful spot needs an MRI and possible surgery because of a large mass.
Thanks for this great video. It was very informative. I have the beginning of some heel pain and it seems to be related to a tight calf muscle . But I’m also wondering if it could be related to trying to stretch the big toe into flexion too much. I jammed my big toe several years ago very badly resulting in,losing some ROM when flexing my big toe. So I’ve been really working on flexing my toe a lot and maybe I over stretched it. Could that cause heel pain?
I have heel pain along with big toe pain. I have a diagnosed mobility issue in my ankles and toe. Any exercises that can get me back to running? The toe pain has me at a dead stop.
Whew Lisa! If you've got a diagnosed mobility issue in your ankles and toe, then you've likely got to free up those joints and the muscles that control them so you can have more mobility. That will likely address the pain in your heel and big toe. You might need to seek professional help from a manual therapist to get the best mobility from your joints. They'll tend to better know how to free up joints over a general physical therapist.
I was initially diagnosed with plantar fascitis, but later with tarsal tunnel syndrome after nerve condition testing. They also found L5-S1 degenerative disk disease, but the podiatrist and a pain doctor thought the back issues were not the driver. On the other hand, pain killers injected into the tarsal tunnel area provided no relief. Now, I developed mild-moderate knee arthritis in my opposite knee and wonder if all the years of weight shifting from the foot pain wore out my knee. What are your thoughts on the Dellon surgery (relieving all branches of the nerves to the foot) for people who repeatedly failed PT?
I was diagnosed with plantar. But my issue is the middle of my foot cramps and the middle toe starts to wiggle on its own. It’s like a charley horse in my foot. When does that happen?
How are you now? I hv sciatica problem and disc buldging. And I have my middle of my foot cramp and wiggle on its own. I feels so pain. Besides this, I have heels pain in both legs.I want to know ur condition too.
Thanks for making sense of the intense foot pain.
Very interesting. Thank you for providing this information.
You're welcome Pat!!!

I can't create foot pain except by wearing shoes and walking on concrete
