A better comparison is Need for Speed. Forza Horizon has less customisation, and the open world's are often longer sweeping roads (technically not street racing), whereas CarX Street is in a city.
game is mixed on steam, folks had lots of bad things to say, (including poor optimization, crashing, ai, handling, ect) think im going to wait out on this one.
I had constant crashing frame shuddering. Bad handling on cars. I've played multiple hours of Forza Horizon and I have to say I would rather play Forza. I had really high hopes for this, and I hope they fix things, but 15 minutes into it, I got a refund.
Haven’t crashed once and to be fair I’m playing it on intel arc graphics if it doesn’t crash with that it’s stable enough other games crash nothing new
Me personally when the game comes to console I will be buying the game since I don’t want to spend 60 bucks on tdusc rn so 20 bucks for a nfs alternative with better drifting is worth it to me
Carx drift on pc is amazing because Mods man nothing more nothing less that and you can use trust good wheels and pedals not just thrustmaster and Logitech and a couple fanatec wheels

I mean putting my camera into dirt dust cuts my FPS in half, which should not happen in any recent game tbh. Hope they actually listen to the community for once and fix the game but with their history of choosing profits over player enjoyement you cannot believe on that sadly (The android version is still unplayable on a majority of devices)
At least on mobile its grindy and gets boring real quick after doing the same things over and over, the progression is rly slow, just imagine playing something like persona...that long, according to most the fun starts after grinding your ass off but tbh the fun is more grinding, honestly not worth the 17 bucks but since its pc maybe they'll be biased like on carx drift
I definitely agree it's not really worth the $17 after about 1.5h of playing I also felt like I'd discovered everything and everything else to do would be repeating things that were just slightly different each time
Yeah... not worth buying it for now completely! The aesthetics are really nice (seen better though). But they have to fix several things. Like... the drift control. It's horrible and unplayable. You cannot even turn the wheels to control the the car. Even the brakes... the car simple don't slow down some times has it should (mechanical playable speaking). The mechanics are all wrong. Maybe on the future with some updates. Now it's a big NO.
I’ve seen a TH-camr drifting in this game yesterday and he was performing perfect drifts consistently. I’ve seen other people drifting really well also

I find it quite good to be fair and being able to mod means that can all be fixed , for 16 pounds it’s better than some other racing games

you playing this on a toaster because it plays a 100 timrs beter get a new pc
lol might have been cause I was recording, but overall game performance wasn't really an issue I experienced tbh
