I bought a 2024 Seneca prestige. I have put 12000 miles on it so far. I have had 2 issues since I purchased it. The aqua hot had a fluid leak and got replaced by the dealer. The second issue was the front cap over the bunk had a bad paint job. No paint was peeling but the dealer said they couldn’t fix it. I called ❤Jayco and told them the front cap roof looked like a rattle can paint job. Jayco paid a mobile detailer to come out and do a paint correction. It’s still not a perfect paint job on the top cap but is something I can deal with since I can’t see it from inside. Good review Blue Ox

Great idea on the cutting board. What I would do is get a safety latch on the bottom of the microwave between the door and the unit like we do in the refrigerator that will work great. So there was no moisture issue in the walls in overhead bunk with lack of seal outside. Great job you guys! ❤

I think we are being trained to accept subpar quality whether it’s new RVs, new houses, new vehicles, new movies,new tv shows, health care, or even politicians. The generations coming up will be used to terrible quality and think it’s normal. Maybe the good old days really were the good old days. It’s sad because when people feel no one cares (about quality) it might make them not care as much too.
That is also our sad observation of today's buyers. They'll "wing it" because they think they are "special" and it only happens to others. You know, only on YT and the internet...I'm a chosen one 🥴😵🧐😳
Meghan and Pete here! Oh the dreaded bulb seal! I (Meghan) spent an entire camping season on a ladder shoving that thing back down the track. I made Entegra screw and washed all 4 corners of every slide bulb seal (like the bedroom was done). And the seat cushions…minor but super frustrating. Entegra’s solution was to put Velcro. But they used crap Velcro and too thin of strips so it’s already falling off and already back on the list. And replacing a $450 glass cooktop because the microwave plate smashed it to bits on the ride home from the dealership. Costly mistake and all it would would have been easy for them to put a sticker on the micro that said to remove it during travel!! But yeah, now we have a beautiful cutting board cover from Etsy. I put that insulation issue on our list last year and said this would be a huge issue for a child to be up there and eat it!! They didn’t fix mine but maybe they took note. Our shower doors definitely go the other way!!!
For what I seen , there's no deal breakers , everything can be fixed within a week or 2 weeks . To find a perfect RV that has no problems , you would have a better chance to find a 4 leaf clover .
If that paint is flaking off because of contaminants, etc. you have to figure several days to strip it all and repaint it all. Assuming thats the only area where the paint isn't bonding. Only way to find out is to take some good high-grip tape, and see if it pulls off paint anywhere else.
Finding a high quality and affordable Super C isn't easy.......and this isn't one of them. BTW, Laurel, I have lived in so many places that my accent isn't noticeable. Until I say, "cawfee" and then the house of cards collapses.

Look up video "jayco seneca quality" they screw those front caps on with self tappers and they easily come apart. Worst super C on the market
