  • Yes, I really quit shampoo for a year! I don't plan on gong back!
    There were maybe 5 times the whole year that I needed to use "regular" shampoo for various reasons and I never thought about switching back because my hair didn't feel as nice as it does when using the natural alternatives.

    Your hair is beautiful! How long is the transition period and how often do you use the clay?

      Thank you :) The transition period is different for everyone. It depends on your hair type and how frequently you are washing it now. At this time I use the clay about once a week.
