I think you missunderstood the use of the heavy and light stab. Its not meant to be good. Its exchanging your last shot for still having a way to deal damage. you can already speed shot the knifes anyway to kill people at the wheel with two hits.

well it's not a cutlass so don't expect it to act like one and this update just dropped
There is a way to heavy attack and then throw the knife right after creating a 2 hit instant kill.
