i80 remains closed for now 3 days straight due to a big blizzard that ravaged through the areas. Dozens of semis who took shelter from the storm can be seen buried in snow as many truckers remained hunkered down in their trucks due to the cold temperatures as low as -13 degrees while crews work to unbury the truckers lot

Same with i94 here in north Dakota. We only got 1 inch of snow during that storm and it shut down i94 and i29 ,bc we don't have trees all it takes is some wind and we are screwed

I did some work at Wamsutter years ago during winter, I remember I-80 getting shut down and seeing trucks everywhere, a sight I'll never forget. We were lucky they opened the it back up in time for us to get back to Salt Lake.

Question: Do truck stops also have areas for vehicle parking, sedans, suvs, etc.?? Certainly wouldn't be out in these blizzards, warmer months.

I lived in Rawlins for several years. (Now live down the road in Laramie.) I wish we could have a drone's view of what the town looks like. How many feet of snow did they get? Looks like a couple.

I'm the guy who shot this. I wanted to do drone shots but sadly the nearby airport prevents that. Hard to tell the exact total due to it being blown around but it was easily over 15 inches from this storm
