    Is there a specific spot you need to spike the fish in order to get the mono directly down the spine?

      C-Lee82 another method is to cut the tail off and thread the mono (or wire) up from that end where you can see the spinal cord.

    Hey matt how come you don't bleed the fish while it is still alive? Does the blood still pump out when it's dead? Cheers

      Josh Ellis the heart beats for a while after the brain is destroyed, so it really doesn’t matter if you bleed it before or after the spike.

    Further in depth of how to do this would be great…. Everyone gets that they should do this but the piss poor videos on how to do it help no one… I can fix any vehicle that’s ever existed in depth on TH-cam yet people still want fish to die and get tossed in the bin because there are no good videos of the process
