@@x3ICEx I apologize, personally I can't stand abbreviations. People assume that because they know what it means that everyone else will as well and that's just not the case. I do a lot of selling and buying on eBay and you should have no problem getting your money back from the seller. eBay sides with the buyer 99.9% of the time in cases like yours and since the seller knows that they tried to cheat you they won't put up a fight. Sometimes people don't want to go through the hassle of filing a case but ultimately its a moral obligation to do so. Then eBay will have a record of it and if the seller continues to do funky stuff then eBay can take action. I despise eBay sellers who do those sorts of things so I hope you get your $$ back because they don't deserve it (but I suppose that you bought it more than 90 days ago? You're obviously not one of the cool kids.. There are no legitimate sources of ground up catalytic converter cores. You can bet that box represents dozens of stolen catalytic converters. I wonder if you could do anything useful with all that leftover zirconium matrix...?
I've reduced ZrO2 to Zirconium metal in a Thermite reaction, so that would be a cool idea. It's a very difficult thermite, you need to add KNO3 or KClO4 to get it hot enough. Even if you add a flux (CaF2 works well) a lot of the metal will burn in the air. I would love to have as much ZrO2 as cody.
Perhaps some nice cladding for other interesting metals
