Met bandit.
Give him money.
Pickpocket it back.
Talk to him.
Train speechcraft so he loves you.
Bribe him.
Steal that koney you just gave him.
Because you pickpocket him he dont like you.
Repeat.
Now you have NPC to train speechcraft, sneaking and pickpocket. :D because bandit have 0 responsibility (hidden stat. Some NPCs will not report crime and say "i saw nothing" and other will report you immediatelly) you can do whatever you can and you will not gerlt crime stat. 😂
