Hi Dara, Greetings from Spain (I'm from and live in Spain). I think you're awesome, thanks for sharing your recipes and lifestyle. I've been vegetarian for 2 and a half year, strictly vegan for one and currently going for raw, so yours videos are gonna be very helpful. Best regards.
I just made this and added sundried tomatoes, basil, garlic and onion powder and OMG! It is so good! Thank you for all that you share with us. You always inspire ✨️ 💛
Thanks for the great raw food ideas. I found myself in a 'rut' making the same stuff over and over. Your videos have opened up a whole new avenue of meals.
Got to say that you are fast becoming my glow girl, you always manage to perk me up with your enthusiasm and cuteness. I have been doing the mung beans but i have them with lemon juice like dan as they can be a little bland to my still SAD palette. They are definitely a super food as they digest so easily and seem to make me feel.... Happy! yeah weird i know but 30 minutes later i notice a definite raise in my vibration. I like to pick at them with my fingers and use them for snacking.
yummy dara, i love making raw soup. its soooo easy. do you sprout your beans/seeds in jars or bags?? i have always used jars and was curious on your technique. thanks.
I made this soup yesterday and LOVE IT! Thanks so much for it. The nutritional yeast is new to me too, yummy. I ate this for breakfast, lunch and dinner today with your chia seeds in my almond milk in between. Feels great to eat so cleanly. Much love.
Oh my gosh Dara! This soup killed it! I love it so much. One of the best raw soups I have ever had!!!! And no nuts or oil!!! (I left out the oil because I am trying to clear dampness!) I dont care what Chinese Medicine says about not eating raw, when we process all of these greens in the vitamix before consuming is it really so hard on one's digestion? ANyways, I really really love this recipe. I did have a blender with small fresh Celery from my garden, spinach and tatsoi from farmers market and cilantro and dill. Half teaspoon garlic powder, half teaspoon salt. Half a lemon and a half an avocado. I topped with nutritional yeast and the avo slices. And sprinkled Cayenne in last at the end because I forgot it earlier :) This is so good. Thank you Dara. I love your videos and you are an inspiration!
I just made this for dinner and it was amazing! Mmm, Mmm, good Mmm,Mmm,good that's why living foods are Mmm, Mmm, Good! It is now my favorite & I will eat it for days. Much love & appreciation for you Dara bright light.
@pudgelc i can eat the soup for breakfast, lunch and dinner too! i will show you my 2nd true thing which is a green smoothie. aren't the chia seeds wonderful. did you see my water, chloropyhyll mix?
I've tried some terrible raw soup recipes but this looks great, am trying it tomorrow and instinct says it could be a keeper! funny enough i have mung beans sprouting at the mo. and they should be ready on time. really looking forward to your bread ideas as i've had a few issues with these too and am getting tempted by my partners yeasty bread!! Love what your doing and i'll be getting my greens on with this recipe :)
@daradubinet dara dubinet you're the greatest... this was everything you said... creamy, garlicky, lemony and dilly... :) major yum... this is the best energy soup recipe i have come across... bravo...
Looks like a very tasty soup. I'll have to give this a try but don't have a Vitamix. My blender will most definitely won't make it as smooth as yours. Quick question....do you grind your nutritional yeast? It looks so fine/powder-like. I have the one made by NOW brand but it's more in the flakes form. Also, where can you get mung beans? I've checked my local health food store but no luck. Thanks!
Looks amazing. Will try this. I learned alot from this. comment...have Gage stand further away with the cam so we can see the whole prep area and what you are doing instead of right on top of the blender. Makes it more interesting to watch all the prep. For those of us who are not chefs, we like seeing the process. You could probably make the vid with natural lighting as well. I think all the vids you did with Dan in your kitchen were with natural light and they came out great. thanks D
Hi Dara! I love greens so after learning about this soup, I decided to make it. I used all the ingredients you mentioned in the video but I ended up with a mixture way too strong to eat. Maybe I went a little heavy on one of the greens, I don't know. What do you suggest in order to bring my soup "down" a little bit? Also, I can't stand the taste of pure nutritional yeast. Is there any thing else I can put on top of that soup? Thanks love!
Wow ...your sweet energy, passion and knowledge about the Raw Lifestyle is wonderful Dara! I was just looking for a recipe like this! God bless you. Leah
Whats the best fruits, veggies and herbs for eyes? Is it just everything with vitamin C?I saw a movie in 3D and now ive had eye strain for a week . Also, what was the B12 powder called? Love and joy 4 all
Beautiful!!! ThankX dear Dara ,,I really enjoy learning with your vids.. I`m went raw since 3 moths ago,and I love it :) you make it really beautiful on being raw... Hugs and smiles to you, Beautiful one!!!!
Isn't she NUTS???!!! In a GOOD way!!! holy heck...amazing...must try this soon! thanks Dara! ♥ ! ALSO: how long will this soup be okay to drink??? one day...two days? thanks again!
So far I'v made all your recipes & loved it! this one will be next :) I had planned tobe 100% today but I fell off the wagon ;( it started out perfect until about 3pm...oops.I think I need to prepare more stuff ahead of time. Thanks for my dose of a- dara-a-day!
@tracychecotah okay, that is so very awesome!!! wow. can't wait to hear what else he eats. that is exciting! i love when little ones are eating healthy!
Just wondering...by eating raw, does the diet also include raw oysters, raw sashimi and raw (unpasturized) dairy? Also - what do you use your stove for? LOL. Looks yummy tho!!!
Dara, I've been eating a lot of greens, but recently reduced them due to a random kidney stone I discovered last month (painless, just stuck). Do you have any suggestions for people who are trying to stay away from stones?
Yes, I tried that too. I have watched all of your videos and look forward to using them in my every day life! I also make faux sushi with the pulp from juiced carrots, parsley, kale, cucumber, roll in the seaweed sheet with your zucchini hummus. You are changing lives and I am one to thank you for it, as my girls surely appreciate you in my life (through youtube) as well!
Dara, if you put a link to the recipe for this recipe (and others of yours) in the description, it would be helpful to your viewers, and it could help build some web traffic to your site. Just a suggestion.
Hi Dara, love your Video and would love to try this but I am on Warfarin because of Angina and i have to be careful of Vitamin K as it interacts with The Anticoagulant of the Medication, is this recipe high in Vitamin K. Jim

I wish the Vitamix wasn't so expensive it looks awesome. I'm working with a $35 blender lol. I put my money into a Breville Juicer already. I'm debating between a nice food processor or blender for my next splurge someday :)
@crtnycrk never missed meat. missed cheese. ate raw unpasteurized cheese for awhile my body is better without it. quit one thing at a time. i never liked turkey. now i visit my family and make raw pumpkin pie, raw stuffing, salads. everyone loves it!
