actually watched one of these (low qual on youtube), despite being trash, they are insane addictive and i can definitely see it making huge money
and they sometimes insert ads too!! but u won't even notice it hhh
Yes, many vietnamese university students are addicted to these Chinese dramas too 😅
Now thats what i called pay per view ads
I have watched few Chinese drama they have goos talent and acting skill but their story lineup is trash when it compared to k drama and Turkish drama.
Recently, We, vietnamese 🇻🇳 university students, have duplicate micro Chinese dramas into TH-cam instead of using China social media apps. Hopefully, it would be successful too, fingers crossed 🤞
Such short dramas could be used to gauge public reaction or feedback. If the story line is popular, it can be developed into a proper drama. It is just like giving a summary and then flesh the story ift reaction to the summary is positive.
I am sure you are aware, there are many manga and even chinese novels which allow to read a few chapters and then pay for the rest if you are interested.
Just waiting for the usual ClA sponsored ant!-Ch!!yna bots to show up.
China drama and variety shows are awesome
indeed
Even we vietnamese 🇻🇳 students agreed Chinese dramas are good 👍
Interesting format.
$1 for 10 episodes of 1-2 minutes is pretty hefty...
and it will happen even more frequently because there's demand. These suckers will inflate up market prices
US laughmaker: Mr. Chew, reelshort make my wife paid no attention to me, is this what CCP want?
Chew: Sir, I work for tiktok, and I have no idea why your wife paid you no attention
US laughmaker: Aha, you admit that you work for CCP
Chew:???
Like Gaben (of STEAM) says; piracy isn't an affordability problem, it's a service problem. If they want to charge per episode, they better be sure that the platform and product are so perfectly good and smooth as a service. Otherwise, this will just feed the piracy and streaming sites.
it is real smooth in China
Basically dramas that tell you nothing.
Love short drama
It’s called “shorts”
Yeah, a country which creates tiktok know less about "shorts" than you. Ur the smartest creature in the world.

Your parents must be proud of you. After all, they are your brother and sister as well.
I hope the contents are only pre-approved by totalitarianism but not to say it contains propaganda and has no critical views on CCP. I prefer singpraises and no criticisms of CCP.
