But she's not happy about it and considers herself cursed seeking a way to get rid of the blade. That's a really cool idea for an anti-hero character that I'd enjoy seeing revisited at some point.

They keep their personalities, and when revived, can keep their powers. Not to mention that they keep their human appearance. Spectres are also more independent of their creators

I hope they revamp this character for a later installment and do her justice because the concept is great.

I miss Havik. He was literally a lich monk and a high rank Chaos Cleric for a realm not really placed in the games. Its just neat that he's uninterested in the competition, and just doing inane things to Order Realm for the lulz. I do appreciate the expanded lore they've been putting out and I get unless whatshisface from deception is in the game, its unlikely Havik shows up. Edit: Hotaru! "Whatshisface" was Hotaru. Edit edit: I love the Hsu makes a cameo in mk11 as a bounty caught by Erron Black.
The three most iconic characters are Lui Kang, Scorpion and Sub Zero ofcourse. Hes on par with like Kung Lao or Raiden yeah. The top 10 should be all MK 2 characters really, with Baraka and Reptile being the weakest from that game. Though i could also see Smoke or Kano being in the top 10. But definitely not Sonya, always considered her the weakest character by far from the first games.

I love the idea of Ashrah. A demon who came into contact with a holy blade that cleansed her inherent evil. But she's not happy about it and considers herself cursed seeking a way to get rid of the blade. That's a really cool idea for an anti-hero character that I'd enjoy seeing revisited at some point.

Well, forgive me for defending this abysmal list, but I always kinda felt like Takeda was just a reskinned Mavado. Think about it. If you put Mavado in the MKX system, how would he play? Just replace the Shirai Ryu variation with a Hooksword variation.

I always felt like Kira had a lot of potential. A female member of the black dragon sounds awesome. Unfortunetly they gave her a comibination of Kano & Sonya's movelist with a lazy character design. I hope they revamp this character for a later installment and do her justice because the concept is great.

Honestly can't believe Kabal is so low on this list. He is one of the greatest characters since the release of the mortal kombat series.
Johnny is the heart and soul of MK, 18 is crazy. I can see maybe putting Raiden or Liu above him, but he's at minimum top 3.
The three most iconic characters are Lui Kang, Scorpion and Sub Zero ofcourse.
Hes on par with like Kung Lao or Raiden yeah. The top 10 should be all MK 2 characters really, with Baraka and Reptile being the weakest from that game.
Though i could also see Smoke or Kano being in the top 10. But definitely not Sonya, always considered her the weakest character by far from the first games.
And Jacqui wound up about 55 spots too high.
