  • After 1-year of being invested in these global funds paying out regular dividends from ATRAM, I'm glad to share their performance in terms of their net asset value per unit (NAVPU) performance as well as their dividend payouts. Depending on your criteria, whether you prioritize dividends or NAVPU, these results may surprise you as there no one way to easily rank them.

In no specific order, the first of these funds is the ATRAM Global Multi-Asset Income Fund. This fund has as its target fund the JP Morgan Multi-Asset Income Fund which invests 53% in Fixed Income Securities and 39% in Equities . The fund has declared dividends in the past few months from 3.94% to 4.61%.
The second fund is the ATRAM US Multi-Asset Income Fund. This fund has as its target und the Allianz Global Investor - Growth & Income Fund which invests 33% in High Yield Bonds or Jun Bonds, 31% in Convertible Bonds, and Equities at about 29%. The fund has declared lower dividends just under 4%.
The third of these funds is the ATRAM Asian Multi-Asset Income Feeder Fund. This fund has as its target fund the Schroder Multi-Asset Income Fund which invests 51% in Equities Income Securities and 39% in Fixed Income Securities .
The fourth fund is the ATRAM Global Dividend Feeder Fund. This fund has as its target fund the Global Dividend Fund from Fidelity Fund which invests 95% of its portfolio in global equities and are poised for higher dividends. To name a few of the equities that it invests in, there's Unilever, Roche, Sanofi, and Novartis.
Previously, I've shared a series of videos on the new GCash investment fund that promises high dividend returns: the BPI ALFM Global Multi-Asset Income Fund. I've got into lengthy updates about this dividend paying fund and how it yields a projected 4-5% monthly dividends based on annualized value. But recently, I came across similar funds that can has the potential to perform even better than the BPI-ALFM MULTI-ASSET INCOME FUND! I've found not one but two multi-asset income funds that pay out regular dividends brought to us by the ATR Asset Management Corp. or ATRAM --- the same ATRAM that brought us the first five investment funds when GCash launched GInvest in 2019. Unfortunately, these funds are not available via GCash and are exclusively available via ATRAM's technology platform, Seedbox Philippines.

These are in contrast to the previously discussed BPI ALFM Global Multi-Asset Income Fund, which was launched in the Philippines in January 2021 initially via BPI and later on in December 2021, the fund launched with GCash GInvest. While new, this fund's target fund is actually the BlackRock Global Multi-Asset Income Fund. This fund was launched by the prestigious BlackRock financial group in 2012. Based on this, the fund has cumulative returns of over 50% (at the time that the video was shot). As the target fund, BPI-ALFM allocates over 90% of the capital they are managing for the fund into this BlackRock Global Multi-Asset Income Fund.
Similar to Philippine REITs, this funds are projected to provide high dividend yields of 3 to 5% on top of the price appreciation of the fund. Investors are also subject to promising returns as they get dividends every month in the form of additional shares in the said fund. That's right, this is how to get more dividends every month versus your other investments. Unlike REITs that are focused on a number of buildings, at best spread across different cities and developments in the Philippines, these Multi-Asset Income Fund are exactly that: a way to diversify your investment and benefit from the economic conditions from the rest of the world as it's investing in global markets.

Amazing information, sir. Thank you. Actually, this channel is so underrated. It deserves so much more views. This man here delivers precise information while I know someone with more than 200K followers but who delivers crap about mf/uitf investing.

Hi Mark. Great video as always.
I would like to ask if i subscribe to Atram Global Dividend Feeder Fund via FMSEC, would they give dividends as well? Thanks.

I haven't used FMSEC myself so I can't be sure. But if it's the same fund by ATRAM then I think it should pay out dividends in the same way.
