First, the multi-income fund as you have said is a balanced fund. Balanced funds, at best, will give average returns. If the manager see that there is a need for more safety, it will allocate more towards bonds than stocks (especially now with high interest rates). For me, I will stick with my investment in this fund because primarily I am aiming to have monthly income, which helps with my stock dividend portfolio. This is a long-term investment and the strategy is to hold it and reinvest the dividends to this fund or to other investments.
Depends with how you invested. If you're getting thousands of pesos in dividends per month. And only a few thousand down. All in all, the dividends far make up for any paper loss.
I bought ALFM for 41p per share and now is it already 44p per share. 300k ininvest ko dito kaya nakaka received na ako ng 1,500 per month dividend kaya hindi na masama.
What? This is my favorite fund nowadays. I literally buy everyday. I'm up just 2% and I know it won't grow too much. It has equities so you can't invest one time or just a few times. The cash flow it provides is excellent.
I also have this since 2 years, investing 2k a month via COL Financial, I have a 0.41% GAIN. I am doing Peso-Cost-Averaging, twice monthly My plan for this fund is more on receiving monthly dividends which so far, i am satisfied with their dividends.
this fund is for moderate investors. no need for brain function. just invest every month, and rack in the dividends. if one is looking for higher returns, of course one should look into trading or long term investing in individual stocks
I suggest wag kayo magiinvest jan sa gfunds na yan, 35k inivest q, kumita man sya wla pang 1k in almost a yr, winithdraw q sya lumipas ang 2 months wlang pumasok na pera s gcash q, in short ninakaw nila ang 35k q. Di n q naghabol kikitain q ulit yan, pero awareness lang, kung hndi pa ganun kalaki nailabas nyo, wag nyo nang ituloy. 35k? 2weeks lng bawi q n yan. Ninanankaw lng nila

hey you have to be patient bro.The recommended holding period for this fund is at least 5 years so iyou're not quite there yet. plus do value investing i.e. buy more if the price is low and buy less if the price is high. the key is to get the maxiimum units as you buy. right now I'm getting as much as 6%pa in dividends in this fund. happy investing mark. 😇
Personally, this fund will be for some diversification in my portfolio but I'll take more of my chances with any of the S&P 500 funds that I've mentioned. Thank you for your advice.

Agree. Besides, monthly cash flow is too good to ignore. Cash is king!
Agree HODL talaga to. It's the satisfaction of monthly consistent dividends that make this fund a W.
Agree with you .
Sir/mam if I may ask?ano po stock code ng alfm sa first metro sec d ko po mahanap,pa assist po Sana thanks🙏❤️

same. my fave too. baka downplay lang ni for the content para pababain presyo. buy low and HODL ❤
Nakabili ako nyan nung nasa 40 to 41 petots nyan a few months ago. Positive naman ako.
Average annualized div yld is around 5%. Di na rin masama.
May tax po ba dividend. Ilan percent
Kung dividend ang habol, mababa ito. Mas malaki pa dividend ng mp2
Invest ako sa ginvest using BPI ALFM Global, consider na existing customer ako ni BPI? kasi plan ko magopen ng credit card sa kanila, thank you

yes solid ang monthly dividends. consistent yun satisfaction instead of waiting quarterly or annually.
Papano taxes ng fund na yan sa dividends, ilan percent?
@@Polymosnation wala, zero ang withholding tax

You can check your emails.. they send the dividend amount there so you can backtrack
For investments via GCash they do. But investments via BPI Mobile unfortunately not available.
better to invest sa mp2, reits or preferred shares 😊
Personally sir, mutual funds are a NO sa akin. Grabe mahal niyan then syempre tao nag mamanage so mag dasal ka na okay sila sa emosyon. 🤣
It's a Dividend fund. it's not a growth stock. It will not grow significantly or maybe not grow at all.
Today bpi sa ginvest 1 pesos
Katakot Nga. Parang mag crash ang stock market nila Kaya Binaba ang price dahil nag hahanap Ng investors.
