- Winter is fast approaching and we had a chance to spend winter at Niagara Falls on the Canada side. Rather than brave the frigid cold as we admire its majestic scenery, we decided to catch the amazing views of the Falls from up above while dining on a comforting buffet feast. We had the opportunity to dine above the falls at Skylon Tower were we were greeted with friendly hosts and servers and just sat back and enjoyed.

This brings me back!! Me and my dad used to drive from Rochester Ny to NF to see the falls. We used Groupons to stay at a close hotel and we walked up and down the boulevard with all the touristy places. We never ate at the tower but just went there for the view. Good times!

When I was in Niagara Canada I went to the skylon tower thinking it was just an observation tower, then when I relized it had a very nice buffet it was sign me up. I was pretty close to where you were and it was amazing. The only thing I did differently was to have my desert plate filled with another portion of prime rib. Had to take the walkway down to the falls and sit for an hour because I ate so much. 🙂
It’s a nice way to spend the day with food and a beautiful view. The walk at the end will help as well.😉
First of all, we love to eat buffet! and Niagara Falls as the view for our buffet, yes please, we're IN! definitely add this if ever visit the area. lots of choices and the cakes look appealing too!

After our 4 days trip to Vancouver we will visit the Niagara falls. But we are planning our trip on Summer of 2022. But I think we will just go for the menu meals. Thank you.

Plus they have good RESTAURANT as well

There's definitely a bit of a tourist premium here, but if you go to the casino, you'll find a really amazing buffet there.. we found it afterwards, but we were too full by then 😉
HI Tim - really enjoy your videos - the images of the food is especially well done - keeping the camera very steady - and your food and environment description is excellent - but would be appreciative if you can comment if dishes are just so-so and not exciting, you are extremely positive after every bite it seems (wow, delicious, wonderful, very nice, very tasty, etc, etc) and maybe that's the truth, but it's hard to differentiate the so-so tasting dishes from the truly fabulous tasking dishes - having said that, really appreciate how courteous you are to all the restaurant staff - I use to be a bus boy during my high school days.

I'm 6 mins in and you have twice referred to NF as a small tourist attraction. LOL! FYI NF is one of the SEVEN WONDERS OF THE WORLD.

The pandemic has ruined everything. I mean we can’t at present go to buffets where we help ourself. Also, that buffet was sleepy compared to other places you have been. Thanks for making this. Fun to watch.
Thanks slh... Yeah, I do agree that this wasn't the most interesting buffet, but probably had the most interesting view 🙂. Interestingly enough, when we are walking around the casino, we found a much larger Buffet... Unfortunately I could not convince mom for another Buffet meal 😉

Mmmmmmmmm those yummy 😋 deserts here in Winnipeg we have been in lockdown since around nov 8 and earliest lockdowns will be over in Winnipeg is January 8 2021. But before November lockdown our buffet are now done cafeteria style. Glad your doing ok. One of the first places I'm going when lockdown is done is buffet. But won't be surprised if lockdown is extended.

We have restricted orders of no social gathering till January 8th also. we just can't really meet with friends, but we're still allowed to head out to eat within our own household. it'll be an interesting holiday this year, but I think we'll get through it... Wow I live in Toronto and I go to the Niagara Falls pretty often just to sight see and stuff. But I’ve never been up the skylon tower and I didn’t even know that there was a buffet up there. Now I’ve got to try it out 😂😂

Hi Calvin, yeah, it's mainly for the view at that buffet. It is tough, if not impossible, to beat the Vegas buffets 🙂
The Skyline Tower and the view of the falls is great however the restaurant needs to include some more heart healthy very low in saturated fat and trans fat options.
