    So yeah, Niagara Falls in the summer is quite fun, but it's also gorgeous in the Fall and especially the Winter. If you're wondering what Niagara Falls looks like at -15-20°C then you might wanna check out this video here I made a few years ago (Niagara Falls in the Winter): th-cam.com/video/mmHkG8jv7j4/w-d-xo.html 😎

    Thank you very much for the info. it was extremely helpful for me and my family while visiting Niagara Falls. The food at Inchin was delicious and inexpensive. Fork You was good and conveniently located between Whirlpool Aero Car & White Water Walk. Country Fresh Donut was also very good (however they didn't have all the flavors ready by 8am. You would have to go around 11am and they only take CASH!!!)

    The American side is just as beautiful and even though they do have tourists, it does not seem so crowded, IMO,and walking to Goat Island, allows people to actually feel closer to both sets of falls, and the river. I highly recommend exploring it to compare for yourself

    You're fortunate to live in Toronto. I live in California and had to fly to Buffalo, and from there it cost $80 to get to the falls by taxi. So actually getting there without a car is the challenging part, but once you're actually there, the shuttle makes it so easy to explore without a car or tour. I will say, for all the things that the Canadian side does better, one plus about the American side is the shuttle is FREE, which is great considering you need to pay for parking EVERYWHERE! IDK why Canadians cannot make a free shuttle, or at the very least let you visit Niagara on the Lake for no additional cost. I also think it's funny how on the U.S. side they don't want to take cash, but on the Canadian side they only want to take cash😂
    Having spent time on both sides, if you can afford it, I would personally recommend staying on the Canadian side. The American side is more natural and authentic, but the Canadian side has better amenities and way more attractions.
    I'm surprised you went to the monastery, as even the WEGO drivers don't tell people about that place.

    This was a great video. Very informative. Being a life long resident you tried things I have actually never done! I'm not a fan of B&B's lol there is something about staying is someones house and have them cook that makes me fell weird lol but I should try again. Thanks for posting and hope you return for more videos

    Do you have any videos where you break down your TH-cam setup?

    • @LivinginCanada
      @LivinginCanada  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I never thought that anyone would be interested in that, on this channel, but thanks for the idea! Thinking of doing a day-in-a-life video some time, perhaps not focusing on the TH-cam set up but more in general of how my work day goes.

    Expensive for a B & B but if it is your first time…. Also if you go to the US side, you really need a car especially if you want to go Buffalo or beyond in Western NY.

      If you're not US citizen or citizen of another country that automatically allows entry into Canada, you'd need a visa.
