If you have a dual citizenship and you don’t have Philippine passport just bring it your 3 copies of you dual certificate.Just tell them that you are dual.

Only my USA passport. Natural birth Filipino duel citizens don’t have duel citizen identification certificate. So when I travel do I just show my birth certificate? Maybe you're asking about the "3 pages of document", which is the oath of allegiance you acquired when you became a dual citizen. Keep in mind that you do not need to present both your US and Philippine passports along with your oath of allegiance when you arrive in the Philippines, that's totally up to you. As a dual citizen I only present my Philippine passport so I can stay there indefinitely.

If you DID NOT APPLY for REACQUISITION of PH citizenship AFTER being naturalized as an Egyptian, you ARE NOT considered a dual citizen. As Egypt is not in the list under PH EO 408, you MUST apply for visa to enter PH (You will NOT be considered a Balikbayan as again Egypt is not in EO 408).
