Hi Jenni, following your video i have a problem at 01:35 . After putting in my e-mail address i waited for 5 minutes, but didn't receive any OTP. Can't i use my german e-mail address for this? It happened to me with registering for a Saudi visa, that they didn't take my german e-mail addresses from various e-mail providers. Thank you for your answer ! PLEASE ANSWER ME, WHAT THE PROBLEM IS - Maramaing salamat !

Very good as usual Jennifer ! I entered Clark last week no issues and I did the customs also. THe scanner couldnt read the code so the officer entered it manually and was all good. I like it much easier than paper. Of course some people complain about everything but this is pretty good IMHO.

No Clark wants it filled up whether you declare anything or not. Manila on the other hand only wants it if you have something to declare.

Hi Jen, arrived in mactan Cebu today but they wouldn't give us the option to do the customs declaration on paper but only through the link on the QR e travel site ...... It was chaos really confusing passengers
I'm flying tomorrow to the Philippines 🎉 and I found the printed out form not complicated at all. It's the same as the paper form that gets distributed during flight

Ask lang po sa etravel, Yong fiance ko this coming Thursday arrival nya, I think hindi na valid Yong etravel registration nya pag dating, kasi subrang excited nong Monday pa sya nag register, more than 72 hours na pag dating nya bukas dito sa cebu?
Need ba nya mag register ulit paģ dating nang airport?

Hi Jen. We were just in the PI in Jan. We did the e travel pass. My wife’s brother passed away so we are going back tomorrow for his service. When I try to log back in it tells me the email is not found. Crazy thing is that is the email they sent me the pass on. Any ideas?

Hi Jennifer iam leaving Australia in the end of October can i Register for the account no. So I can get the other way. Do you still have to put a photo when you register to the account? So at the end of October 3 days before I go I will do the other registration.

You mentioned that if your ticket return date is over 30 days, to put the date of that ticket as your return and explain that you will extend. You used to recommend that we buy a throw away ticket with a departure date of less than 30 days. Are you now indicating that this is no longer neccessary?
Do we have to do anything for exiting the Philippines
Had registered for E-travel prior to arriving in the Philippines. When I arrived and went through customs. They never asked or checked for it. Easy peasy!

Thanks for the tutorial. I suppose dual citizens should tick off "Philippine Passport Holder" on the registration form, right....or does it allow ticking off both (PH and Foreign passports)? BTW, for everybody's sake, a password with only eight alpha characters is not secure at all; can be cracked by brute force in a jiffy. A minimum of sixteen alphanumeric characters with upper / lower case and special symbols is usually recommended by online security experts. Perhaps this account registration process does not have as much sensitive information as a bank / financial account would have but just sayin'. It's always good practice to get into such habit.

So I have a 1 way trip with an onward ticket as will be staying longer and renewing my Visa extension ( getting married soonish...). So what date do we put in here?
I would guess as to use the week before the 30 day Visa runs out and use the exit date from Philippines from that onward ticket.
Seems like that's what we'd need to do?
A good question! I’m a bit surprised about what was said about the return date. Before the return ticket had to be within 30 days.
You can use any date, as long as it's within 30 days.
At around 5 minutes into the video she says you can enter any return date. Even after the 30 days.
@@joachimhansson8815Understood but many duel citizens are coming with husbands on a one way flight with no way this system allows it. A Duel can stay as long as they like with husbands up to one year. Failure within the system for not allowing this.

The last time i left i just did it as its easy and better to be safe than sorry.
Some people say only for Filipino but it has a box for foreign passport holder.
No, only if you hold a Philippine passport.
