Little league coaches are the reason for the demise of little league in most communities. They are narcissists that make the game about themselves and their abilities to coach, rather than to teach the kids to improve in the areas they need improvement in. Sure, kids want to win, but they also need to know what it's like to lose! I especially can't stand the coaches that make it all about their own son on the team, particularly in basketball, where their kid is encouraged to be a ball hog and forget that he has teammates to help him!
@davidthorpe5569 yeah, my son was 2nd team all conference as a sophomore then 1st team as a junior. One of his teammates' dads became an assistant coach his senior year. That kid jumped to first team all conference and mine dropped to 2nd as seniors. Even though my son had a better shooting percentage every game, the other kid always took more shots. There were times my son was wide open and they wouldn't pass to him. I wish I had transferred him to another school.
The world is full of bullies who naturally seek positions where they can unleash unbridled authority and abuse such as police, management, politics, medicine, religion, teaching, etc. It doesn't mean all positions of authority are occupied by bullies, but plenty of them are because that's where the despicables want to be.

You can also say he’s implying that whoever is responsible for who gets hired as cops usually looks for people who are aggressive with little to no morals or boundaries. I don't know. Many cops can get by with a lot and their dept. will turn a blind eye to it but lately, anything involving disabled, elderly, children, or pregnant women the pendulum seems to swing really hard the other way against them. Especially something so blatant that kids are complaining about it hurting ON VIDEO. My best guess is this guy will end up "resigning" and he will have to move away but his superiors might set something up for him elsewhere. Although, a smart superior would make him resign and wash his hands of this dude and his antics completely.
Those are exactly the qualifications needed to be in LE these days, and that’s the problem. It’s not a ‘bad apples’ problem, the problem is that the system hires and incentivizes bad apples, so that’s all that’s left in the bunch.
That's not true. The accused gets placed on leave while the department or an outside agency investigates the allegations. @@juliebraden6911I reffed some elementary basketball games when I was in college. I had to quit.

It seems like cops are the worst. Bullies with badges, guns andvqualified immunity. No one is above the law, except trump and thomas.

You can also say he’s implying that whoever is responsible for who gets hired as cops usually looks for people who are aggressive with little to no morals or boundaries. There’s a lot of power and leverage in the government and whoever has the most control over it probably wants enforcers who won’t have a moral objection to any orders.
@@HsbkxkxWith all your worldly experience who could argue that logic.
