EN | Bosch smart electrification solution for trailers and commercial vehicles

Bosch has developed a smart solution for electrifying the axles of trailers and commercial vehicles. The electrified axle recuperates energy during braking and when driving downhill, which can be used for various applications. This reduces fuel consumption and emissions. With an electrified axle, it is furthermore possible to maneuver the trailer or tractor unit remotely. The solution is suitable either for new vehicles or as retrofit.
