Those old cars cleaned up nicely! The biggest transformation was by far the Impala, it was cool to see the before and after, I never would have though that old Impala would clean up so good. Good job!
Love seeing these old classic cars especially the Bel Air. Theres nothing like a 55, 56 or 57 Chevy Bel Air pure beauty. Love this series with Waynee great videos.
Great video I think the wheels are painted where the brake buildup is little rubbing compound should take the black on off. I think those wheels are painted gray and then clearcoated. The outer bead should just be aluminum with clearcoat. Inside spokes painted gray with clearcoat keep up the good work guys blessings from London, Kentucky Thank you, John and Wayne Travis
Tell Waynie he needs to spread a picnic table with balogna, cheeze, scliced tomato, and scliced onion, mayonnaise, and lite bread to show his appreciation to all of his team of workers. It look like he has a great team of willing workers. I still say go team Waynie, getting it done!🙏❤️🙂
On the aluminum wheels you could use an old stiff bristles tooth brush and on Amazon you can buy brushes made like a tooth brush made with wire bristles.🤓 It works.
I had 2 1955 Chevys they come stock with hydraulic lifters unless someone has modified it,it comes with a 265 engine,I think in 1957 they came out with the 283 Chevy engine.
Next time you clean an old car, get clay bar, and the solution that goes with it, and it will take all the contaminants out of the paint and off the windows
Man he takes good care of the 55 and the red 67 but I cringe at how that low mileage Monte is just wasting away. Its not gonna be very nice for too long just sitting. Even in that covered carport. All those plastics in those late models do not fair to well if you don't keep them conditioned with vinyl protectant or something. You can see that even the rubber bumpers are deteriorating and breaking down. I'm shocked the clear coat has not started to lift like those always do too. It will be low mileage, but looking high mileage in a few more years.
To long John. I don’t want to watch a video for an hour unless it is the movie. you could break this down in into 2nvideos instead of one is my opinion.
It's hard to believe that Monte Carlo started that it easy after all them years with stale gas and it being carbureted! Usually the accelerator pump is stuck & floats are stuck causing flooding over.
Great to see y'all helping Waynnie get his place and cars cleaned up, he's just a true salt of the earth fellow.
Thank You Guys for help Waynnie out. God Bless. ❤🙏

John, Troyer Post Buildings is starting a 50x55 airplane hangar on my grass strip in powell tn week of 9-8

Wayne must have well water, with no more water pressure than that coming out of the water hose
yes he does have well water but we were using a large water tank on the back of a truck for water.
that old SS Monte Carlo is probably worth twice he paid for it if sold today
Still need to use soap because it lifts the dirt and floats it otherwise just rubbing the dirt into the paint.
Thats what i use for years turtle 🐢 wax chrome cleaner n liquid wax 🇺🇲northern calif
Hybrid solutions pro wheel + iron it removes brake dust easy
What year is the Impala? My dad had either a 66 or 67. My husband is restoring an 85 Monte Carlo, wish it was an SS
Those wheels are factory clear coated. I'm not a know it all, but just letting you know.

I think I would invest in some car covers, such nice cars.
I think the stuff coming off the trees is called tree sap.
Any time a car sets up a couple weeks or more, give it a few wiffs of ether to help the fuel pump get liquid so it doesn't crank dry.
I was thinking it needs primed lol and it fixed it lol
ya'll are for sure wiping em cars of with wrong clothes.
Wonder if he is willing to sell the Monte Carlo SS
Pressure washer power needed on those aluminum wheels.
❤👍🏼👍🏼
Next time you clean an old car, get clay bar, and the solution that goes with it, and it will take all the contaminants out of the paint and off the windows
Need more water pressure lol
Put your ground somewhere on the motor on those kind of stupid batteries
Use a tooth brush for the rims 🇺🇲
The Monte is blowing smoke and has sat too long. Probably needs valve stem seals.
i think it needs a head gasket
@@theappalachianchannel Smetimes it is the intake gasket as those have aluminum intakes and they tend to warp.

TH-cam will only seems to recommend the long video to viewers. All my videos that goes over over 1 million views are 45 minutes or longer.
@@theappalachianchannelI like the longer videos
