I tried buying as many Wash cards as possible back in the day (90's), but didn't get the big boys. Looks like Topps has a lot of circles on other cards you didn't mention. Well, it was the 70's. Sweat drips? Hey, I went to the LCS on Center, New Hobby. I spent $10 on value box cards, but didn't see much else.

Well I got the McCovey... and a couple of the commons. Maybe I should chase the full set of Wash cards. Maybe.
I haven't been to New Hobby in a while. Maybe a couple months. They have a lot of high end stuff. But no junk wax, not much cheap singles, and they were out of 800 count boxes. I like them, but I don't find what I'm looking for. You need to get out to the card show at Lloyd Center. It's quite a drive, and a little junky, but I always find deals.
