@ Well… all of them😁 I’m mostly finished on the newer stuff. I’m focused on 84 and earlier. WOW typing that really makes ‘focused’ seem like the wrong word lol!!!! I have a Cubs binder. I have a several 60s now, which is so cool!
Hi Mark. Awesome cards and great looking set. I agree with you on the color, images and design as well as the incredible number of super players in the set makes it one of the best Topps set of the 1950s. I would also offer that it is the first Topps set showing the Dodgers in their new LA uniforms.
Gave a video like. Loved that episode of Dylan, Doug and Shane talking about Topps sets as well. That set really does look great especially displayed next to one another. I agree, that Colavito is a terrific card! Those All-Star cards are awesome, I agree! I like GMA cards. The Maris rookie is sweet! Of course, I love seeing the Gil Hodges!

So incredible! What’s even more remarkable is that you started this set as a kid. That Spahn pops so much and love the Maris and my boy Banks. They’re all exceptional. My favorite is the Mantle/Aaron…I have a couple (one I need to send off to grade) and it’s one of my favorite cards. Outstanding stuff man 👊🏻⚾️
Thanks! It's definitely been a passion project over the years. Its the only vintage set I've put together. Good luck with the grading. Not sure if you use PSA or SGS, but to me, they really pop in the SGC cases. Happy collecting!
Awesome cards, Mark. It is a great looking set. I love the Maris, Pinson, and Flood rookies. The Mantle and Aaron combo card is amazing as well. I need to start picking some of these up! But there are so many on my list!
Totally great n awesome Mark! You're right about the colors. The AS cards are a fabulous subset set. I only have 3 cards, the Mantle AS, Musial AS, n Williams/Klu card. Nice job. Have a great weekend buddy.
I love the 58 set too, Mark. It’s the first year I bought cards and pack pulled cards as a boy. I still have them. I have maybe 70-80% of the set. Our store stopped carrying baseball cards in late summer so we never got the high number series. Good for you. Love them.
Wow! I have a partial 58 set put together. It is my 10 year goal to get tgis one done. I am getting them raw and adding to a binder. Also building the 1960 set . . . and all the 70s sets, lol. It is difficult to stay focused. I actually like to bounce around so that it doesn't become frustrating. Very awesome cards!!
That's awesome. Good luck with the set builds. This one took me 35 years so 10 years doesn't seem too long to me ;) I also bounce around a bunch between building my Dodgers team sets and picking up other items. Have fun with it!
I agree Flood should be in the Hall of Fame. They probably told you the Wynn was trimmed because they were getting a lot of that card for grading and decided to do pop control. Same with the Mays/Snider combo
Really love the 58 set. The colors in the 58 set are some of the best for sets from the 50s to 60s. Your Maris RC and Batting foes are great cards! Very hard to find those cards with good registration and centering. Your Maris I think it was worth overpaying for. Thank you for sharing.

Amazing. Congrats, Mark. 1958 Topps set is a good one. I really like the color, too. My favorite card from that set, is probably the Hank Aaron.

Definitely some awesome cards in the '57 set too. Especially the Dodgers sluggers, which is a fantastic card. Go Dodgers! NLCS should be fun.

Yes- those colors! Thanks so much! I really put registration as my top quality. Still a bunch I’d like to upgrade but pretty happy with this overall.
