I had a chip on my shoulder back in the day and really disliked Bo. I thought he was a mediocre player who was only famous because he played two sports. I'm good now and I DO think he was a great athlete and played well. Ironically when I hated Bo, I loooooooved Canseco. I was a confused child. I got a ton more odd Bo cards I didn't show. But thanks, I'll pass, I'll hold on to them for now.

They were just printed both ways. Not an error and no extra value. You can find cards within the same pack with and without the dots. There can be subtle differences in layout of the back. And yes, variances in color. These were produced by the truckload and variations happen. Don't quit your job yet... and ignore those ridiculous prices you see on ebay.

If you're referring to the 1990 Donruss set... about $5. Unfortunately it costs more to ship than it's worth. I hope you didn't find this news too troubling. Check Ebay if you'd like to see for yourself.

You are talking about the Bonds? $2 is a good price. But don't believe what you read about dots, and other print flaws. Those imperfections may not help the value. Thnx for the comment.

True. PSA 10's do command pretty big bucks, even in junk wax cards. But 10's are hard to come by. PSA 9's sell for about $25, making it barrrrely worth it to grade. I follow a simple rule for grading junk wax cards: if it isn't going to be a perfect 10, then don't bother submitting it. Thnx...

Hey hungry Man, I've been collecting error baseball cards 40 years. Now I have every error ror that's listed in tcd b from 1978 to 1993. I'm in the process of writing a book on the cards I have. The error and corrected version of every one of the cards. I am many errors that have never been processed through trading card database and are new finds. My specialty is the 1990 pro set hockey card PM me if you want any information on errors or about my book😂

You will always find those on ebay. Don't be tricked. Don't confuse asking price with value.

@@Hungryman97sCollectibles They were not Asking price they were the top 10 sales this week on 1990 Donruss cards the top few some of them they included the no. After Inc. with other errors at least four of them went for 499 sold not asking sold

@@Hungryman97sCollectibles I check every day on certain years where I have cards in high grade close to tens deciding whether to get them graded and I came across that one just now prices seem to going up a little naturally they gonna be tens and list you’re going back to vintage but I happen to buy a box of unopened 90 Donruss and I got no. Errors but I got for Nolan Ryan wrong back errors one John Smoltz Steve Avery era the place has a few more but now I find out there’s a way to tell which packs are the early releases with the errors so I have to check before I buy them I got them very cheap it’s a crazy store with all old stuff very few sports cards but I happen to get lucky

@BostonbredNE interesting. Then they were fake sales... like when a seller buys them to create a false demand. Or some people are just gullible. Go through your 1990 Donruss commons, and you'll find plenty missing dots.

I agree. Some people get worked up over the definition of an error in the hobby. I only showcase errors that have been corrected, or uncorrected errors. I don't waste my viewers time with miscuts, low ink, specks, lines...etc Thanks for the comment.

Card grading companies will authenticate cards. However, noooooooobody would ever ever fake a 1990 Donruss card.

Cool card. But no extra value. These junk wax era cards are famous for dots, smudges, offcentering, color issues. In fact these print defects actually take away the value. And ignore what you see on ebay. Hope this helps.

I agree with you that most sellers are probably misinformed and innocent. Hopefully this video will help someone. But I don't agree you should "take a chance" on buying Tiffanys that aren't Tiffanys. I think when people buy fake or mislabeled cards, it only encourages people to be misleading. Good luck and look at the backs carefully before buying. Thanks for the comment.

I love the junk wax. It's never paid for itself. I just remind myself it's a hobby, and I love it.
