umm I was doing this then I started feeling a tingling sensation in my legs then in my fingertips then out of nowhere I heard a cat meow I got shit scared and opened my eyes I don't even have a cat lol

When I was a child my dad and mum used to fight a lot. I had this Dragon, no bigger than a dog to comfort me. He was there through high school through a lot of bullying. A couple of months ago I was doing a mrdiation now im an adult and before me appeared a huge dragon the size of 8 double decker buses. :) id forgotten all about him
wow! I didn't expect that. I had a miscarriage when I was 19. I was 3 months in when I lost the baby. I haven't thought about it much since then, but when I did this just now... she was there playing in the garden. We didn't know the sex but I thought it was a girl. She'd be 12 this year. I would have never thought that's who would have appeared. ♡♡
When I met my spirit, it wanted to hug me.
I cried.. just started crying.. I felt like God was right there.. is that possible?? I hope so!!!

I tried to meet my spirit guide but I couldn't let go. I do know that it tried to reveal Itself to me because while my eyes where closed and I was walking into the garden I had a golden bright shimmery light.. My eyes where closed and my room was pitch black.. It felt so amazing too!! But I kept trying to picture my spirit guide therefore I don't think they revealed themself to me. I do want to try again
didn't see my spirit guide and couldn't concentrate well. this is the 1st time doing this meditation. however- I got a sense that I wasn't ready to meet my spirit guide. I could feel my whole body getting chills. as if my spirit guide was here watching over me. I felt as if I have a knowing of who they are- but I just am not aware of who they are. nice video.

I did this meditation for the first time and my grandmother was in the garden. she passed some years ago but I saw her face as clear as day. looking just the way i had saw her last. it wasn't until she hugged me when the tears started flowing uncontrollably. she told me not to cry, wiped my tears, and that she was there to help me. immediately I stopped crying. it was an amazing experience!

The key is to let go of judgement, effort, everything and allow. The harder one tries, the more it eludes us. Keep going and it will work for you.
My dad passed away 4 years ago and for the first time I heard him felt him which made me cry I love it so much
This one is really powerful, I couldn't move I felt like I had sleep paralysis.
I was laying in my aunt’s bed and right by the end to finally meet my spirit guide or guides my aunt came in so loud and was yelling at me because I was in her room...now I have to do the 36 minute process all over again... great 😂
I feel so amazing after this. I think I finally met my main spirit guide. I didn't see him clearly, just snippets of white robe and very fair gold-white hair and maybe very bright blue eyes (but I saw that later I think), but I asked him to hold my hands and I felt the warmth on them in my physical body. I started crying. I asked for his name, but only 3 letters were coming to me, A, Z, and later R. I thanked him for meeting with me, we hugged, I felt so much love. While we were flying back I began asking questions, I guess I panicked. I once did a meditation for meeting my spirit animal and saw a deer then, so I asked A-Z-R if it was him then, he said no, but he said the deer is my temporary guide. I asked if he's still watching over me, A-Z-R said yes, and then I felt another presence with us. So I think the deer guide also came to walk me back. I was so needy, I kept on asking questions until the music ended. At one point I kept having flashes of a very unpleasant face, felt like a negative entity looming over my physical body, interrupting us. I told it to go away, that I'm from the light and it's not welcome here. My spirit guide told me it's my fear/s. So I said I don't need it, I want it to go away, and it did. I also remember I was asking him how to protect myself from things like that, from the negativity etc. I saw Hailey Reese's channel (recently discovered her, that's why I'm here) and A-Z-R told me to be careful with which videos I'm choosing because some might draw negativity to me. I promised to be careful. Maybe I should skip the demon-themed videos of hers, haha. When I felt the music was ending, I asked if we should say goodbye now, but A-Z-R said no, that they will stay with me. There was much more going on, I could write a whole essay about it, lol.
Sorry for the dump, just felt like sharing it, I don't know if I'll be able to tell anyone else about it in person, my bf will probably laugh at me.
I can't even describe what just happened...honestly I was a bit scared but I felt something so beautiful but so new...I don't know but these past few months have been a spiritual awakening and it's just so crazy to me how I've been connecting more and more to my higher power. But I definitely will keep doing this ... I am blown away 💕
I just couldn’t meditate but that won’t stop me from meeting my spirit guide.
I didn't feel as if I were experiencing what was suggested but snapping back to reality afterwards was harder than I had imagined.
I've been dying to try this, but I'm still so nervous ! For some reason I always feel like I should try this before bed, but once I turn the lights off and my room is all dark I punk out 😂😂
I felt my Fathers presence. I did not want to leave him. Angels lifted me up and brought me back to the present. My Father stayed with me to the very end, then left my vision, I feel at peace.Thank you for that beautiful moment.
I didn't see my spirit guide, but I felt it. It felt like warm welcome after being away for a long time. I felt like I was being embraced and loved. An overwhelming feeling of love and acceptance.

I could not see anything until a wolf appeared sitting at my feet, with the most beautiful green eyes. He was calm and let me pat him, his hair was so soft under my fingers. We did not fly together though, he stayed there being a wolf while I was going back ^^

I’ve been physically incapacitated for over 6 months. I can’t climb stairs, can hardly walk, can’t run, can’t do anything physical really. I’ve always had a hard time relaxing too. When Jason said to “climb the stairs” even half-relaxed me stiffened and thought that even the me in the meditation couldn’t climb. But I did. And it made me so happy. It made me so glad to climb to those stairs with a straight back and confident, reaching the top not tired at all and not sore at all. It even felt like real life physical me’s pain was going away. Then it all kinda faded, but I kept seeing shadows that I knew were good. I then “woke up”, but am still very calm and relaxed- I’ve never been more at peace in my life.
Someone please tell me why I started feeling scared and bad feelings?
I saw Jesus as my spirit guide.
I did too, or at least that's what I thought of when I saw him. I couldn't see a face, it was a white light but I saw a man's body with long dark hair and I just knew who it was.
I have to third that. But he wasn't alone when I "saw" him. He was standing with a lost loved one of mine. So i guess the question is who is my guide? Jesus or my loved one?
Loved ones often show up in initial meetings with guides. So, Jesus could be your principle guide or it could be another you've not met yet and Jesus is like a "super guide".
this was my first time trying and I can honestly say that I felt tingles throughout my whole body through this experience. I haven’t met my spirit guide yet, but I’m going to try again a little later hoping for better luck.
I don't know if I'm not relaxing but my eyes start moving slowly trying to open I try to fight it. I see darkness I don't see anything. but I probably can't concentrate with my mom's tv on right now
what just happened was so weird. as soon as i imagined entering the last gate my mum opened the door in my room (this actually happened in real life) and she asked me if i was asleep? hahaa guess my mum is my spirit guide i should follow for now. and i actually felt something telling me that she is the one that will guide me for now. also a weird shape apeared to me like a green triangle with golden yellow dot on top and told me that the love of my life, the one i should end up with will have green eyes. it was also a fun uplifting spirit like it was joking with me in some kind of way. i felt a bit mad at it haha i was soo not expecting such experience. oh well this was weird
🙏 I met him. A stranger in a golden robe with hood covering his head. I could only see bare feet at the beginning. As I opened my heart to him to show I’m ready. He simply let down the hood and gave me a warm smile I cannot put into words. He or she rather, was very pale white all over. Absent eyebrows and lashes. As we met we only looked within each other no words. Slowly felt him come in to wrapped his arms around me. Right then we had became one. I came out of my meditation rising up from my bed with my arms raised and just had an overwhelming sense that I was no longer alone. Began sobbing and gave myself a huge hug and just knew everything was going to be alright.
Thank you so very much for this experience. I cannot express my gratitude for this guided reunion.

I think you expected to much. I’s not a miracle it’s something you work with, my intuition says try again don’t be nervous give yourself a break, when you are totally relaxed and do the previous then it’ll work, after that. I believe it is your own conscious mind setting you up to fail. And we’ve all done that at certain times. One thing I do know it will absolutely not harm you,and we’ve all had nightmares, they are just part of sleep, and do sometime give messages. My spiritual path started as a child and all ways had a dog. One of my animal spirit guides is Wolf, and has been with me all my life. Only last week he came to me and checked in as it were. That has been my experience over 45 yrs, and nothing has hurt me, by Guides Guardians Spirit guides Crystal Beings etc etc Namaste
My spirit guide had wings and I clearly saw owl eyes. I felt such a wave of love, it was a very strong emotional reaction. I loved this. Thank you with all my heart!

James Grinstead I'm so sorry James, I did not see this reply from you! I didn't see it in full form. I saw wings and owl eyes that got bigger. There were colors and just an overall body sensation of pure love and happiness....waves from the tip of my head to my toes.

Laura JewelAngel Ha no problem! ive always wondered why I saw it, or was it a vision? Cause i have had those, one black and white which is weird cause when i dream its in color, and two other visions full color. All when i was awake, and one when i had my eyes open, like i saw it in my minds eye or something. Do you guys mind if i ask what state of mind were you in when you saw the owl? Happy, sad, extremely sad etc?
***** I also did cry, but it was happy tears. Like i was so happy everything felt ok and all that. My friends mom was teaching me about all my gifts (she's also gifted) and and told me the owl was my mom. I dunno. It could have been. Or maybe God and my mom came thru the owl. Ughhh. I wish we could all get our answers. I haven't been able to forsee anything since i had brain surgery on my cyst, so i haven't been able to get the answers i seek. I keep asking god to heal me, sometimes i wonder if the VA put something in there with the reservoir that hinders me lol. Idk .. I just wish i could see stuff like i used too. It was nice even though half of the stuff didn't make any sense.
I cant even look at what I'm typing through my tears! This meant so much to me. My rabbit passed away when I was 9. I feel like now I finally can close that I never had the chance to say goodbye. Maybe because I never had to, he wasn't going away perhaps, he was always there. It feels so safe knowing that I will be able to visit him anytime. It really meant everything to me. I never heard my rabbit say anything of course, but when he called me and I couldn't see him, I knew it was him. And that made me extremely happy. Thank you once again!
Definitely cried. It was weird, I met someone in the garden. It was a young man who for some reason I thought was named Adam. He was tall and I was just crying and he gave me a hug and I could FEEL it. I wanted to ask questions but he didn’t say anything. I started getting scared, and that was right when things were ending. When I opened my eyes, I saw my ceiling fan turn half of a rotation and I feel like it was him. Hopefully I can get over this odd fear I have and actually talk next time. What an experience, I’ve been staring at my fan and it hasn’t moved since.
I cried at the very end too! My spirit guide wasn’t revealed but I did sense a being around me. Then at the end I was disappointed that I lost the connection with my higher self this much and started crying. Then suddenly I felt someone touching and holding both of my hands and embraced me with the most amazing motherly loving kindness. I didn’t see much but felt the touch and the warm hug with big waves of caring love and understanding. It was so blissful!!

Into a woods, and I saw a huge winged creature waiting for me. I flew off with him. Lovely. Namaste.
From the beginning I could feel myself calming. As I was at the top of the staircase, I sat and looked at the horizon. I could feel my body getting lighter and my mind clearing. When I started to cross the bridge, it was hard for me to picture. Then It became more and more clear. I started to swing n twirl with the rope bridge. Then it dawned on me I wasn't scared. Which is odd because in life I'm terrified of heights. Once the gates opened I pictured flowers and hearts. As I walked down the stair case I had overwhelming emotions. No fear or sadness. Maybe anxious or curious. Then I stood there at the bottom. For what felt like 3 minutes. A women then approaches me. She had long black hair. She had a much smaller build then me. She took me by the hands and we started dancing and twirling threw the flowers. So peaceful and happy. I felt my face smiling and my hands had a pressure on them as if I could feel her hands in mine. Then I saw a family. I was standing behind them. It was a new mother of a son. Her husband was to her right and peaking over from her left was a little girl (3). A perfect, happy family. I believe this to be me. I am 25, single and no kids. At this point in my life I didn't think my "vision" was possible but now I do believe. We went back to dancing. Then we both calapsed in the flowers. She then turned to me with the only words she had spoke this whole time and said " I have to go now". The music changed shortly after. It took me sometime for my body to feel awake after.

I played this during the come up on psychedelic shrooms and I finally met “Friend” my spirit guide. :)
Wow, this is the first time I’ve ever experienced a meditation session like this. I couldn’t really envision anything but I felt it if that makes sense. I could feel the gold of the bridge before it appeared and I could sense my guide leading me to the garden with a white stone before I reached the ivory gate. And from then on things got pretty unbelievable. Once I was in the garden, it was like the visuals hit me out of nowhere. My garden was breathtaking and I started crying from the sheer beauty of it and what it contained. There were owls perched from each willow tree and there were roses, daises, and this beautiful purple flower that I only came across after moving into my current house. It was like nothing I’ve ever seen and it just sort of felt like my guide was just calmly enjoying everything with me. There was so much pressure on my right hand but it wasn’t uncomfortable; it was like it was being squeezed in comfort. I knew she was there with me. I’m normally a very self-critical person so when the positive and warming thoughts started rushing into my head I almost couldn’t handle it. She was so sure that I’m on the right path even if it doesn’t always work that I feel that more strongly than ever. I’ve never felt so calm in my life and when it was time to come back I was practically begging. I felt like a child being left at school on their first day as ridiculous as it sounds but she assured me that she was always there whether I could see her or not. I woke up in a pool of my own tears feeling so light. Thank you so much for this video, I know now that I can always use it to visit her when I need to. Love and peace 💕
Ok I did it! I won't lie I was scared at the beginning... Although I didn't exactly see my spirit guide because I was nervous, the feeling though was weird. I felt like I was floating and when the video ended and opened my eyes, I felt very relaxed and zen 🍂🍃 It was the first time for me and I find it really helpful!!!
I walked into a flower garden and my great grandma was sitting in a wheel chair waiting for me. My yellow lab who also passed away over 10 years ago came running out of nowhere and came up to me and I just gave him a big hug and looked him in the eyes. My great grandma showed me around and I just felt reunited with her since I haven’t seen her since I was 1 year old.
I saw my spirit guide and i never felt this happy in a long , I felt at peace
I didn't see my guide revealed on this first try, but as I was heading down the second stairs to the garden I felt the most amazing sensation of being pure energy and feeling as though someone was holding my right hand the whole way down and through to the end of the meditation. This was amazing. I was shown three different spirits. One had 6 arms, was ancient Egyptian, very beautiful, a face like it was chiseled by Angels. Beautiful green eyes with sparkles of gold. She also had a large third eye. Covered in jewels and wearing a robe in the shades red, purple, and gold. Then I saw a man with a long white beard who was Native American. He had markings on his face, black eyes..but could see and surrounded by golden energy. I looked down and saw a black woman with feet that were washed in gold. She was wearing all white and a white scarf. She was chanting something over me while children all dressed in red held hands. Two girls sprinkling gardenias in front of me as I walked and then there was the lion. Almost as tall as the sky. When I climbed it I saw three horses. Two felt like the spirits of my daughters, twins (I have no children) holding hands...a lil boy who approached me w a slight disability who was my son and my husband (I’m unmarried) behind them. Before I returned to my body my spirit guide...the first woman I saw brought me to a mansion. My father was dead...my mother was remarried w her husband happy and healthy. Vibrant. My siblings were all around me. My children playing and I was successful. A woman who I believe was a guardian angel I saw many years ago revealed herself and smiled.......with beautiful jewelry around her neck a kimono. She was a white older woman. Right after seeing her I was falling from the sky gracefully supported by my spirit guides and took in the scenery of the trees and nature. When I returned to my body I felt so at peace. I can’t wait to do this again. Thank you for this.
I had previously done a similar mediation where I met my spirit guide as a wolf.. her name was Akota and she was huge, the size of a tiger, she was a brilliant white and let off a slight glow. Her eyes were a golden blue and I ran at her and flung my arms around her crying because i missed her so much.. she promised to talk to me in my dreams and my mind. She told me not to dwell on your past and to focus on my future.. then she turned and disappeared into the shadows. I can't wait to see her.
I keep falling asleep before the end and before I even get the chance to see my spirit guide.
My spirit guide is a beautiful white dragon. They told me it will all be okay, they showed me love & they showed me that they are watching over me. When it was time to leave I was scared to leave but my spirit guide comforted me & reassured me that they are here & that I need to continue on my journey. xo

I didnt saw the face of my spirit guide coz i felt so nervous, a voice telling me not for now, but i continued listening and along the journey i smelled 3 things 1st was like dried leaves, 2nd a girl perfume and bit scent of nail polish and the smell of fresh leaves.. but i didnt see their faces coz im so nervous and my heart was palpitating.. maybe im not yet ready to face them.. thank you jason i’ll meet them on the divine time💚

My spirit guide is a black cow... I love him, I was sadly snapped out of it by an ad and don't have time to go back and revisit but I hope to again soon. I felt so safe and carefree. I feel like another one was there too, but not as prevalent, I kept seeing a toucan flash by and eventually land on my shoulder. This was the best meditation experience I've ever had.

This scared me I had to turn off near the end, I cried and felt so much joy I couldn’t breath, I could not leave my little boy, I learnt that life is our gift, but I can’t stop crying ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I think I met my spirit guide. I didn’t see or hear much. I just got a sense of it speaking in my heart. I don’t know my guide’s real name, but they told me to call them Peace. They’re a spirit that’s outside of gender. They told me that they’ve been with me through everything in my life, and that I’m exactly where I need to be in my journey. I know Peace is still with me, even though I’m barely aware of their presence.
I started crying at the very end of this, and I’m still crying a little. This was so beautiful. Thank you so much.

I watch this every night I absolutely love it. I have everything pictured out in my imagination of the staircase, bridge, river, doors, railings, but having hard time imagining the garden and don’t see my spirit guide. Not giving up tho gonna keep trying

I herd a women's voice calling my name bringing me back to the bridge. as i entered the garden i couldn't see but i could feel the energy of every tree and flower painting a awe inspiring picture in my head. i could feel a cobblestone path leading me to a pond and wrapping around its edge the pond was filled with lotus lilys. as i called out a frog jumped out of the pond and landed at my feet and looked up at me. she didn't say anything but i felt this nurturing energy almost like a mother's wrap around me. i really didn't want to go when you pulled me back to my body i had this strange feeling like this wasn't the real world if that makes sense. and as i became more aware of my body i started to cry. this was my first encounter with my spirit guide and it was so powerful, thank you.

I just did this meditation and saw a rectangular fountain/pool in the garden. I couldn’t find my spirit guide so I sat on the edge of the pool and looked at my reflection in the water. A familiar reflection appeared beside mine and I jumped up and hugged the teenaged girl, crying, so happy to finally meet my spirit guide. I don’t know how I knew, but the girl was Sydney, my daughter who died shortly after birth- now all grown up. We held on to each other and came back to my body. I’m still sobbing.

Your magnificent and powerful meditation led me to the bridge where I met many light beings and I think an Archangel (a wise elder with beard), tears of beauty and perfection poured down my face, the journey continued and I met this graceful Native American man of my own age, courageous, wise, kind and gentle. We sat around fire and in that flame I saw pain, suffering, fear of my being and and it almost felt like I experienced it on a collective level, as whole humanity. It was intense and it made me sob. My Native American friend was holding space for me, his presence was so reassuring and without speaking a word he made me feel that in the intensity of this physical world that I will face as a human being there is always this place of serenity, deep rest and wisdom where Guardian Spirits like my Native American Friend channel support and love to us. He then place his wide fur coat over my shoulders, placed his hands on the top of my head and gave me blessing and healing.

Did anyone cry? Because I know I did.. it was a feeling of guilt for not believing, but I felt, that they weren't mad. Just loving and caring and warm. Didn't see them, but felt very strongly.
"It was you! You were the one I felt inside my soul, helping me, you helped me fight and get through it all, you're finally here" she jus kinda playfully pounced on me like a massive kitten and we snuggled and nuzzled for ages and she floated into the air combining with my strength and brave energies, making them stronger and she came back with me to my consciousness. I have this gut feeling her name is Egba and little things in my life kind of make sense now, as though she's been with me throughout it.
This is my first time listening to this, I'm amazed at the result . Thank you so much x

i dont know if it’s just me but this felt like it was too fast when i needed it to slow down and too slow when i needed something to happen. at the climbing up stairs part when i first imagined myself climbing up the stairs it felt like i was really climbing up the stairs but i felt a vibration in the tip of my foot which made me snap out of it and become unable to concentrate on climbing up the stairs
i saw a native american man in his mid 50's, long dark brown beard with a tiny black hair tie, dark long hair pulled back in a low pony tail and dressed just like natives do, i dont know what it means and ive never seen this man before. but when i looked into his eyes i felt loved, cared for and blessed

I've been meditating a few times. But this one I think was the best one yet. I usually don't have a hard time relaxing my mind and imagining, but when I really lay down to meditate, it's like my brain refuses me to fully relax. (I believe my anxiety and everyday problems play a big part of this) so my body started to cramp a bit, specially my eyesockets began twitching and cramping. But I just continued to try to focus on what I saw.
Soon enough I got really into it. And I did have troubles meeting my spirit guide even tho I already saw him by the end of the golden bridge. He was waiting for me already. But once I entered the garden after the stairs downwards, I had to call for him and really open up my heart in order for him to appear. He was really happy to see me, since it was such a long time ago I meditated. (he's a wolf btw) He licked my face and I hugged him tightly. I felt his greyish, beige fur against me. It felt so good to see him again. And this time I finally got to know his name. "Atka" His orange, golden eyes are so friendly, soft and simply full of kindness. On top of the stonewall, surrounding the garden, a white wolf appeared. It is my light spirit guide.(I have 3. One black wolf, one white, one grey) And she jumped down white a large smile. She almost resembles kind of a mother for me. Like that sort of sweet, caring, golden hearted mother. Her eyes like a pair of stars, warm. And then I asked where the black spirit was, he simply swirled around in the air, like a shadow. Every now and then he touched the ground to show himself, a large smile upon his face and his red, glowing eyes, challenging and yet kind and safe. We played with each other for a while, darting around in the garden, running and skipping.
Soon enough Atka approached to me, licking my face gently before pressing his nose against my face a bit. "It's time. Wake up" he said. He is always the one to tell me when to leave. Our meetings and playtimes are always short. And I always tell him that I wanna stay. He simply smiles kindly and repeats that it's time to wake up. And so we part.
I actually woke up, but went back to "sleep" again. I ran all the way back to the garden, called his name and he reappeared. He once again told me it was time to wake up. And this time, I didn't go back to "sleep" again.
It's always such a relief do spend some time with Atka and the other two wolves. They bring so much comfort, peace and love to my soul and heart. They really give me a lot of light and strength. Just such a pity that our meetings are so short.. I guess Atka only gives me as much as I need.
I'm gonna meditate more often for sure.
I can't believe this actually worked! For so long I wanted to meet her and I didn't know how. Before the guided meditation started i already saw myself at the river and by the time I got through the gate into the Garden there she was ready to embrace me. I was overwhelmed and started to cry. She was so delightful and answered all my questions. I'm so happy I no longer feel alone. Thank you Jason you are truly amazing!

I could feel the dew from the earth and fog around my ankles and my bare feet in the earth smell the grass and everything and I seen the golden bridge before he spoke it I just saw it that way was amazing at that point i saw the bridge overwhelming love filled me and tears just fell big chunky tears that ran down my face met at my chin and landed on my chest just on top of my heart. Although I didn't see my spirit guide I had a veryyyy strong feeling of an ET presence watching over me i don't know x
And also a cheetah appeared before me very quickly but i defiantly seen it
This is the first time I've ever sought out my spirit guide(s). I don't think I was open enough as I felt very nervous. The unknown is a terrifying thing to me. However, by the time I reached the staircase leading down into the garden I was very relaxed and could finally start to visualize myself wandering through it. I saw a glowing blue light, but it was distant and I could not make out what it was. I plan to use this guided meditation to try again soon. Thank you for this.:)
I am truly blessed to find this video today. I have been doing a lot of meditation recently to release stress and find myself and today for some reason, I couldn't concentrate and then I came across this guided meditation. Just what I needed. Here's my experiences today. When I was crossing the bridge, I felt excited, happy and fearless. At the garden, there was an old skinny man sitting on a bench. He had smiling soft eyes and long white beard. He was wearing a long beige tunic. He had also a black cane with a head of an animal at the end (I was not able to see which animal head). He told me that he was waiting for me. I asked him who he was, and he replied that I already know. We walked through the garden. There was a woman angel playing the Harp and she smiled at me when passing by her. The spirit guide took me to a beautiful and peaceful stream where we sat. For a quick second, I saw a white deer by the stream and there was bright shinny light all over. I started to cry, and the spirit guide told me, that I am a beautiful person just like this stream because I have a lot of love in my heart. He also told me to stop living in fear and don't worry about what people say and think about me. Live life with no fear exactly how I was when crossing the bridge and then he disappeared, and I got back to where I started. That was amazing!!!

I've had no expectations when listening to this guided meditation but on the second day I listened I felt a sudden tingling in my hands and a lot of heat, like a surge of energy in my hands. A strange but very pleasant feeling. 😊
Woah, that was amazing. I didn't see my spirit guide at first, but I concentrated and then I saw this beautiful woman with short brown hair and greenish eyes who introduced herself as "Eve" she was wearing this glowing white toga and her aura was just amazing, could see her glowing as she handed me a strawberry from the garden. It was just amazing

I was totally skeptical the whole time I was doing it (first time trying this by the way) and it worked for me. I think it's important to actually feel the steps you take while walking and think about it as much as possible. My skepticism got in the way in the beginning but my spirit guide found me through that and I was instantly happy when he did!
Almost at the end of the meditation I just saw this albino golfen retriever come out of the plants and high grass, and it was just such a powerful presence that I just started shedding some tears; I can’t explain the feeling, it was just so powerful

Wow just wow ... Was just at the bridge & I got a sensation of my dad at the other end waiting for me and just started crying. I've only done it once and I didn't see my spirit guide but I felt an intense presence reminding me of my uncle.... I did cry a lot but it was a good cry.
I tried this for the first time today. As I was walking on the bridge my whole body got goosebumps, an overwhelming feeling of love entered my body and I started crying. Unfortunately I didn't meet my spirit guide this time but can't wait to do this one again, it was absolutely beautiful!🙏
Like someone bellow commented, i also met my grandmother who was the wisest and most forgiving person I've ever met. It was a young lady though maybe 30 something but I knew it was granny. She hugged me and said everything will sort it's self out and she always used to say that x
