    I really love this shake. HOWEVER, with the size of that bag, and high price point, they SHOULD'VE had 30 servings, NOT 15. This is the disappointing part. I will post this comment everywhere so they can see it and correct this, or they lose me as a customer.

    I enjoyed the review. Your honesty was most appreciated! I've seen a lot of the K ads. I was wondering about the taste. Unfortunately, the K drink is way too expensive for my budget. Hello to Kalli!🐕

    Nicole, I've seen so many ads about Ka'chava and would like to try it, but like so many others, the price puts me off. I really enjoyed this video and your comparison of the two because I drink a protein shake with 50+ veggies nearly every day. Thanks for the review and for making me smile! Hope 2023 is going well for you thus far! Take care!

      I think it’s only worth it if you really need the nutrients.

    Ka'Chava is 15 servings because of that 2 scoops thing. Why not one scoop like AG1 Athletic Greens 💚

    Nice review. I like that Jay Robb has so few calories. I used to drink a lot of protein drinks but after the plant based meat started coming out I have cut them all out. I have chosen to eat only chicken and an array of vegetables. Protein and plant based meat are highly processed foods which are not as good for you as fully natural foods. I get it. The powders are convenient and tasty, but after researching the plant based meat products on the market I found a quote from the CEO of Whole Foods that made the point that at the end of day that they are highly processed foods. This really turned my thinking around on how I eat. Love your show and look forward to your next video.

    😅 I liked that review. It is good to note that the ka’chava is plant based and a meal replacement, as you noted. I guess it all depends on one’s dietary needs and requirements. I love your videos as they are always so upbeat. ✌️

    What am I missing? I don't get the purpose of powders trying to provide the nutrition of food. Why don't you just eat food?

    • @nicolewise
      @nicolewise  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Whole food is always best. Shakes are an easy supplement to proper nutrition.

    I've enjoyed watching all your travel videos and love the way you eat wonderfully without having any type of refrigeration. Do you think you'd ever do a video on your menu plan and how many days you keep eggs and cheese cuz I think I saw you had eggs and cheese and quite a few videos. Any more details on that type of meal prep would be awesome!

    • @nicolewise
      @nicolewise  ปีที่แล้ว

      I will consider that but I am a little hesitant because I don’t want someone to get sick because of something I told them. I only buy 6 eggs at a time and I try to eat them quickly, within a few days. It also depends on the weather I’m in. If my van is in the 90s all day then certain foods just won’t make it. Only hard cheeses can stand to be left out but if it’s super hot all the oil will seep out and you won’t want to eat it. When you don’t have refrigeration you shop often and buy a lot of the same foods especially produce. Onions tomatoes avocados garlic bananas and apples are staples. Small peppers too. When i buy lettuce I eat it within 24 hours. Quick cooking grains are great too. Tuna is a winner. Nuts and dried fruit. Bread. PB. Crackers. Things like Mayo and salad dressing you are taking a risk. Smell it and err on the side of caution. No meat at all. I’m not a huge meat eater so that easy for me. I hope that helps a bit.
