Hey Pauly C. Question. Should I start out offering pet and urine odor treatment as a vlm novice? I mainly offer general carpet cleaning (sett method), removing general stains and odors.
You can advertise it and charge more. Possibly bring in a hood shop vac as well. Kaput CLO2 for sure. Then if it’s a disaster when you arrive just say it’s beyond your process and recommend they call someone to do a full restoration- pull up carpet, replace pad, clean subfloor and back n front of carpet. No harm, no fowl 👍🏼👍🏼💪

It works as an oxidizer much like hydrogen peroxide to brighten and clean. It’s also a great pet odor eliminator
