Try the green brush on dry carpet before you vacuum, breaks up dry soil and loosens dirt, excellent for long human hair or pet hair. Green brush collects and removes hair better and won't clog your vac. After that you will be amazed at how effective your vac will be
I’m super big on detail vacuuming every job. It’s always good to get the dry soil removed before any wet process. Makes a big difference to the end result. We too use the green brush on nasty jobs.
This is the exact process I use for carpet cleaning, except I alternate between vlm and portable cleaning. But I always use my oreck with the black scrub pad to agitate after I prespray. The results are just phenomenal, some people prefer a crb for agitation but the oreck is about a 1/4 of the cost and I feel does a better job 👍
Hi, in the UK we use the sebo duo vaccume, they have two separate motors, one for the beater bar and the other just for the vaccume. Most vaccume cleaners have a single motor which serves both the vac and beater bar thats why the sebo duo really sucks the dirt up. They are a little more expensive but if you think about it, 80% of the dirt in the carpet is dry dirt so you need to vaccume every time . Great job
Gray carpets tend to have a dingy look even after cleaning. The problem I see with this color or darker shades or hues is they hide soil better than vibrant colors do,but don't reflect light as well. Brush is a better agitator, reminds me of Astro turf pads mentioned in previous episodes.
That's how we do use the blue brush to scrub, then extract with rags n bonnet for extra scrub on gums or stains but for heavy soiled carpets that are trashed believe it or not we scrub with the blue brush and then extract with the rug doctor 😂🤭 yea the rug doctor still a champ lil bit of water spray n extract then finish it off with rags or bonnet the results are nice but make sure to spray again after rug doc extract.
My shark vac has a 1 gallon dirt tank and man it kicks ass. Did a nasty move out clean in Everett a couple of months ago and I shit you not emptied that large capacity tank 8 times for a 2bd apt! That carpet look like it had been hot water extracted 20 times in its life lol
@@iBarber504 the stainless steel washers is to keep the end of the hose inside the container. Just measure the outside diameter of your hose and buy 5/more washers to go with it.
Great job Paul I do got one question to ask you what happened to your sibo Duo I still use mine the only problem is when I start picking up hair and carpet fiber it gets hung up inside and sometimes makes it sounds like the belt is skipping that's my only downfall to it.
Awsome man👍 What I'm always wondering about this vlm method is when your extracting with the orek and the pad and the pad slowly absorbs moisture as you go throught the room, wouldn't it absorb more moisture wherever you start and then absorb less of the moisture towards the end ?
Kinda, but it absorbs more moisture when it’s damp. Think of a sponge- a dry spong picks up more once it’s damp. Sometimes we wet the pads ahead of time and ring them out for that reason.
3 years ago I didn’t know anything about carpet cleaning I watched a few of your videos and bought a Orick and some Green Dragon I also bought a Mytee hot water extractor I got in with a realtor at first pressure washing houses then she wanted carpet cleaned she recently called and wanted a living room carpet cleaned she said it smells like cat pee and I didn’t have much time before guest would be home I said I could do it VLM and put a fan on it and would be dry in a couple of hours she said great when I got there I layed flat on the ground smelling and nothing I smelled the sofa and chairs nothing then the front door and oh man this was terrible I cleaned this with vinegar and water and disgusting smell was gone I then vacuumed the carpet and cleaned with Green Dragon citrus the place smelled wonderful a few shots of Febreze packed up and left I must say this was the most money per hour I have ever made it actually only took 45 minutes I always follow your videos and when ordering from the encap store I always tell m because of Washington Pro thanks so much for your videos. I go back and watch again sometimes and with this one I see you use a green brush I’ve been using the black I don’t know the difference also use a regular bonnet and I probably don’t put the Green Dragon down as heavy anyway thanks again.
Far-far better vacuums out there...Shark, Eureka, etc,. are really not commercial type machine. Used rebuilt Kirby - great vacuum, Sanitaire, Sebo would be the others I would recommend.

Great video. Not a big fan of baggles vacuums, but that 1 seems to be working pretty well. It must have been recently cleaned.

U absolutely correct..

Hello Paul. Yes Sir. I’ve been reviewing that one online as well. Thank you! PS- I’m from Kent UK 👍🏻
Can you provide information on that power sprayer attachment you're using.
I’ll try and make a video

I used the same brush you're using but I didnt see any triangles. Why is that?
It can depend on the carpet and how worn it is. It’s not always going to create triangle if the fibers are really worn.
Great great job!!!!
I love watching you spray 😍 🤣 😋
Hey boss when u took off the green brush of the machine what’s that black pad for and we’re do I get that ?
Is the green brush safe on all synthetic carpets? I want to start using it on heavily soiled carpets but worried about doing any damage. Thanks
Hi. I’m still very sick. Thank you for understanding 😊

Sounds good to me. Every extra step cleans a little more 👍🏻👍🏻

Lol 😂😂. That’s Awesome 👍🏻
I was going to ask you about the green brush and was it safe for carpets? I just saw ton on Amazon and will definitely be ordering it. Thanks
Break it in first on concrete and you’re good to go.
Yes do break it down by running water and the brush on a concrete surface for a few minutes to soften it up some.
Thank you for responding. I wanted to tell you I ordered the worxx sprayer but you mentioned washers, what kind do I need?
@@iBarber504 the stainless steel washers is to keep the end of the hose inside the container. Just measure the outside diameter of your hose and buy 5/more washers to go with it.
Where did you get that grooming brush?
Rug renovator on Amazon
What portable sprayer was that? It sprays like crazy!!! 😮
Hi. I’m still very sick. Thank you for understanding 😊

I’m going to use it instead of the green brush now that I’m prevacuuming n edging every job. Sebo duo will be great agitation.
What vacuum do you recommend
Hoover Hushtone
What do you charge to do all those steps involved in your process?
It’s all included in my per room rates. I price above the cheap cleaners and below the highest cleaners. 👍🏻
Got a new vacuum cleaner?
No this is my eureka power speed $50. It’s always worked great.
Awsome man👍

what rake are you using?
Rug renovator from Amazon
What wand and tip do you use on the worx sprayer
The one that it comes with. Set at the 40 degree setting.
Where did you get your pad driver at
Challenger op.com. 10” driver for the oreck
What kind of groomer is that?
I use the rug renovator now. Was using a soft bristle deck brush
Are you still using the oreck? I have been using my oreck for the last 8 years 😊
I use it for stairs every day. And occasionally closets or small jobs ❤️❤️
Yes, I use it every day for stairs and closets and sometimes smaller jobs. Oreck orbiter rocks 💪
Impeccable soiled filthy pads 😍💯🙏🏼🔥

Nice job Sir 👊🏻
Why can't all expensive "pro" vacuums have such quick and easy edging capabilities like the trusty little Eureka??
I know right? They got that part down perfectly.
