It was kinda same with James when he started to be on-screen chef instead of working in development kitchen.

It’s something I’ve always loved about watching chefs, is their clear love for ingredients and food
Kush's tip for noting down what your date orders at restaurants before cooking a date dinner at home is genius! I'm in a long term relationship, but I think taking that energy into friendships would also be great
and for the break up meal, cook the opposite. The day my fiancee and I split, she made Eggs Benedict for breakfast. We'd literally never eaten that because she dislikes egg dishes. That's when I knew it was completely over. Also I dislike Eggs Benedict.
I am absolutely loving the switch back to more "human interaction" content. By this I mean keeping in the silliness between all the boys, the bloopers, the more personal side. It feels like a homage back to the content I fell in love with 10 years ago. Good work team!
I couldn't agree more! Some of the newer content feels a bit too over-produced compared to the feeling of the original Fridge Cams and stuff so it's nice having it go back in this direction :)

This has to be the best format. No gimmick no clickbait. Honestly they undersell how great he is in the title and thumbnail.
Its so clear how talented Kush in when he not only considers the taste, textures, and accessibility of dishes but also the body language involved in the meal itself. Including the intimacy of a shared plate in a 3-course date was unexpectedly fabulous. Can't wait to see more videos from him!
The shout out from Kush to his inspiration was a class act. Can you get someone on that makes Kush feel the same as Barry and Jamie did in this video, in awe of the skill and elegance. High end food made easy
I think Kush’s talent is not only his cooking but his communication skills. He is super clear in his explanations, witty, and seems very genuine. I love Ben for the same reason and it’s such a treat to have two amazing chefs who know how to explain things so well ❤

Ahh, this video gave such Big Night In vibes... Loved so much of it. The absolute ease that Kush seemed to have in front of the camera. The knowledge, tips, and tricks he kept sharing. The shoutouts he gave for his dishes. The banter with the boys, on camera, and off camera. The advice for Izzy with air fryers. It was such a soothing video to watch. Yeah, loving Kush, but I felt like everyone got to take part and in a bit of a peek behind the scenes kind of way. Great stuff.
This could be a once a month program - pick a holiday or special date each month and let Kush riff on it the way he would want to cook and eat for that day. St. Patrick’s day…Easter…your bank holidays (something in season?)…and so on. Just a thought. Anything to get more of Kush and the boys having a chat while he’s cooking and teaching.
I just love how intently Jamie watches what Kush is doing. He truly seems to love learning from Kush as much as the rest of us. In this video he barely takes his eyes off him to engage with Baz, and in the Thanksgiving episode Kush had him come in close to get a good view - Kush is an amazing instructor and presenter and I am so thrilled he has moved in front of the camera!
A date with Kush seems like it would be equal parts chaotic and lovely. Seems like a keeper

Stunning. I'm really loving the new dynamic Kush is bringing - this was absolutely amazing and full of brilliant ideas. Additionally though, it's awesome having another chef so that Ebbers has someone to nerd out with - but with a unique style. You chaps are just going from strength to strength.

It's wonderful seeing Kush become more and more comfortable in front of the camera. He has a lovely personality, and an exquisite knowledge of cooking which is a joy to watch him share.
Kush attributing the components that were inspired by other chefs is both so classy and a wonderful testament to his creativity and respect for food as an art form. Love him dropping a bibliography like that right at the end. 😊

Kush is just awesome. He's the best addition to the team you could have asked for, not only is he a great chef but he's also weird, funny and creative which just fits perfectly with all the boys.
Nice ideas using simple, honest ingredients. Every hobby chef must appreciate Kush’s true professionalism in this video: No stress and chaos, just precision, planning and timing. Then add the free-flowing humor, friendly bantering and a weird, dangerous oil experiment for some spice. Good show!

(499) Chef Kush is very relatable. He just oozes confidence and his insistence that a home cook can do what he can do (with certain things being taboo, due to danger) really makes a person feel "Hey, I CAN do that!!!". Preparing food should be fueled by ones' passion for cooking. Not EVERYBODY can do it, but I feel a lot of people would surprise themselves if they just TRY.

Pan Seared Butter Garlic Scallops. Served with Crusty Bread.
Chicken Picatta. (By request, but I’ve not ever cooked, nor eaten capers, but she loves this dish)
Individual baked Brownies (edge pieces for all) with a cream cheese topping.

I’ve used this video to make the dessert, the shallot butter and the potatoes and the dressed cabbage. I think I’ve come back to this video the most out of any of y’all’s. This is really well done, explained in a wonderful, easy to understand and clear manner. It has provided great results for me in matters of the end product and we’ve enjoyed it all the times I’ve made it. Thank you! Having kush around has truly leveled up your recipes imo!

I wanna see Kush do a vegan challenge! I've seen some really weird and disappointing things on the vegan side of menus like a leek in pastry as a replacement for a wellington (for the same price!) - how do you do luxury when you don't have meat?

These are fantastic. Really amazing videos. I love the shout out to other chefs too - really important to show that chefing isn't only about the cooking - a fundamental part of it is learning from other chefs, and teaching newer chefs. The love that Kush has for food shines through.

Something neat you can do with the fried pork skin concept is actually pull the skin off once it's prepared, cut it into a lattice pattern, lay it over a bun, and then do the oil to give your buns a nice crunch and appearance. Especially nice if you're making pulled pork sandwiches.

Scottish guy here, Can Kush pimp a meal around haggis? I've tried haggis its nice but don'treally get round to eating it at all these days. one thing I love that my local takeaway (not sure if its indian or pakistany ect) used to make was Donner pakora. Which was Donner meat quite chunky done in a pakora batter. that was awesome, I wonder if you can marry the two with a Donner and Haggis Pakora? Garlic naan would be a must though

that pork belly, except for the oil,is a very classic (1 of 2) norwegian christmas dinner in norway...i always enjoy it...takes hours to prep and a lot of stresss....but its stunning they call it "ribbe"
Would love to see a vegetarian version of this series. I feel like some times it’s hard to go ALL OUT and really make loving and time intensive dishes without the traditional “fancy” staples we think of as meat. Would love to see all the wonderful things kush could do with the simplest of veg
