Agree 1000 percent with Supreme Court. The question is why they didn't do it earlier.

Does it mean if you accuse the CS of transport, then he can bar you from using roads?

Should the many Kenyans who do not trust Ruto and call himout nearly daily also leave the country since he is the head of state - their feelings and views not withstanding?

He can not eat his cake and have it, period. If he doesn't trust the courts, then let him not appear before it, plus his boss/client. That's the way forward. He has begun to eat the fruits of his labour.

This is a state institution not a personal firm owned by the 7 judges.
Judges should not rule on cases out of spite or malevolent indulgence.

This is the anarchy they are talking about ,I'm repeating again , speak without being offensive listen without being diffensive always leave your opponent with dignity, judges digest what Ahmed is accusing you of is true or false with all said it is true rectify

this was the main problem that was affecting israel before oct 7th..The same issue of debate whether the court can remove someone from the ballot box(trump)
the question of the role of the judiciary is something affecting the current world
how a group of 8 people(more or less)can determine how a country is run.

The cardinal Pillars of Natural justice must always apply, ie Nemo judex in causa sua and Audi Alteram Partem, not emotions this, was not done. Further more justice must not be done but seen to be done.

The Supreme Court communication is in question, perhaps unconstitutional. What happens if they remain quiet, only for him to appear before them and they recuse themselves from the case he is handling?

    1. Suppose a case is brought against the grandmuller and it ends up in the supreme Court, what will they do?
    2. Should the supreme Court make decisions based on feelings or based on the law.
    3. Can the supreme Court close a door for somebody seeking Justice?

That sounds like he is a non entity and not even a citizen of Kenya if he can’t appear or be represented by a lawyer from his firm or any lawyer.
The court is taking this personally or guilty conscience
