It's perplexing,what has senior counsel's firm got to do with the beef between supreme court and the lawyer.why are lawyers in his firm condemned by ASSOCIATION? His firm is a body corporate with its own personality and so is the principal.this whole charade from CJ sucks!!!
The constitution is supreme. And the supreme court Judges can not violated the constitution for their best interest in a matter which they are accused of . They should instead follow the due process of getting the lawyer or judge implicated to account for wrong doing or misconduct,or for breach of Law. To a certain extent.the anarchy & anarchy rules that they are expected to stop is precisely & more precisely what they are implementing with pleasure as Supreme court of Kenya Judges. Incase there was a conflict of interest and results in to a disparity between constitution & their work Then the constitution comes first & they should explain this to Grand Mullar & LSK. They should all use the JSC procedures regardless of being supreme court Judges. PERIOD. Then they should get this reviewed in next referendum when ever it will be.
