    But Judge Ibrahim and Lenaola also signed the now official court order barning him from the supreme court????? Is he mad or pain is clouding his assessment of issues. His clients really need to get other lawyers. He is done as a lawyer for life!!!

    Due to this situation, this family (Chelugui) now has to suffer and repeat their case, claims, pay more fees to new lawyer(s) and add even more time to resubmit. The poor Widow (in her 90s) and family.

      Yes it's very unlawful. You can't seek justice from the same court you brand corrupt. Contempt of the highest order. Unless he proves himself right otherwise his career is in great jeopardy

      No they,re not,the ecj decisions don't bind anyone,the equivalent of a ecj representative of Kenya is that of a high court judge

      @@tonguesofaccess What exactly is he going to do. All his clients seeking legal counsel from him either directly or via proxy will have no choice but to drop him. He is damaged goods and considering how lawyers are expensive, people will go for the safer option since with court your livelihood is at risk if you lose. You dont want to start the race with the odds already against you.

      Anyone who wants a case delayed will go to him ...and if he apologizes he's good to go , but also remember his creds are up there... Bad publicity in this industry is still good publicity.

      @@tonguesofaccess Politics maybe, but in certain professions bad publicity is bad publicity & can really undo years of hardwork. Dont assume you can play the villain like Kanye west and still remain on top. It can backfire on you and it requires you to posses high amount of leverage to be able to weather it off. Do you think anyone will go to Brian Mwenda to represent them after he gets out of jail. Your reputation is what makes you even command high prices, be respected and even have privileged access to certain people

    Ahmednasir is being undermined by court. According to the constitution, everyone he/she has freedom, expression Nasir has just twited on hi social site this doesn't mean that he made the opinion that is in court decision, so let he be given the right of expression.

      How does someone undermine a court, then oresent matters to the same Court for judgement? ... It doesn't make sense.
      He is trying tohave it both ways ... So that when he wins, it all good ... And when he loses, the court is "corrupt" ...

      No one has a right to accuse anyone without providing evidence for the same. He is lucky he is not being sued for defamation which he can easily serve a jail term or pay a extremely huge fine basing on the calibre of people he was abusing
