Good question, CT ….. about qualifications. And in spite of what some say, Joho has no higher education. He has not! He may have had time to buy papers. But he never attended any university. Not when he was governor, not anytime post governor.
What has university got to do with performance? Failures in kenya are the best performers in foreign countries while the A performers in our country are the chepkatis. Wake-up please.
