Besides, you both got me through the pandemic with so much loss that me and my two children had in losing our home (where I grew our fruits and veggies, really miss doing that especially with prices increasing on food), a job, and having to start over by living in a motel right now while making my handmade handbags to help save for another home. Love this workout, it seems like slow movements but woo am I sweating!! I'm a little confused about the Kickstand Deadlifts though, I don't have a mirror to use so I think I'm in the right posture, but I don't really feel anything? Where is that supposed to focus on? Do you have any tips to make sure I'm doing it correctly?

I am SOOOO happy I found your account. My 'abs' are on fire ! I had one query...I keep seeing people say don't do weighted exercises for the abs because it thickens or widens your waist. I dont know who to believe anymore. E.g the one where you have a dumbell in one hand and your stretching to the side with the other arm up.
I tried this today with 20 lbs dumbbell and oh my, I'm already catching my breath lol. I didn't finish it though but I'm going to try my best to finish it next time. Makes me sweat a lot even though I didn't finish it.
