- Rebecca performed "Love Like You" with Aivi & Surasshu when they were in New York promoting the Steven Universe soundtrack. (which BTW is coming out as a limited edition vinyl) They are rarely together in the same place, so it was a treat to meet the musicians. Rebecca recorded a few songs with them, and Cartoon Network released this one. ENJOY!

As an "old" music-teacher/jazz musician, I was skeptical when a 10-yr.-old student came to her lesson singing this song from one of her favorite cartoons. I soon came to appreciate it as a top-notch "jazz waltz" and want you guys to hear how one amazing little girl led me to all your talent (we recorded using her voice and my track) thanks to you and her too !

I teared up slightly, the body language, the control she has over her vocals, and the emotion you could see her putting her love into this.. She loved this show as if its her child and just how she sings this shows how much each one of the songs matter to her. I love when she sings the songs that you hear in the show and fall in love with. I can't tell between "What's the use of feeling, Blue?" or "Love like you" is my favorite she has performed, but I do know is that it makes me feel like we get to see a deeper side of Rebecca Sugar when she sings.. Its beautiful.
