I’m here commenting on 2020. I didn’t have to dig to find this video, I have been trying to learn this song on ukulele. I’d watched the entirety of Steven Universe as a teen, start to finish, movies included. Everything about it was WONDERFUL! and the show taught many life lessons. This song makes me cry every time I hear it. Especially now in 2020.
I was on the verge of a mental breakdown and I just had a vivid memory of my partner singing this and so I put this on and I was so distracted by her ukulele fingering and the piano chords and everything that I forgot to break down.
