There's only one thing i would like ranjit say, and that is air vent that asus provides is not near the processor unlike acer thereby the inside of asus is hotter than outside where as the reverse is true for acer
the screen on the 120hz one is lackluster hence they didn't send it its not asus fault there are not many companies that manufacture 2k60 as well as 1080p 120hz screen . dave 2d covered the 120hz laptop.

I am looking for a budget laptop under 45k. Have to do normal stuffs. Mostly work on MS office and related applications. And occasionally watch TH-cam and movies and do some web surfing. The main thing I want is that its body should be sturdy, durable and strong. Not those very cheap plastic body types which is there in lot of budget laptops. My last experience with Lenovo B series laptop was horrible.

Hey everyone just a quick not, it's not ASUS's fault with not being able to reveal the higher-spec variants yet. There are global supply shortages especially for the 4800h and 4900hs and this laptop is hard to get in the US as well on and off(supply chains are not what they used to be due to the beer flu). ASUS seems to have also kept the price on par with what it is internationally. We just need to be patient for the other variants to come out.

I feel all laptops under 100w should charge with Power Delivery at their max rated wattage and these laptops with larger chargers should allow Power Delivery at the maxed out 100watts
Actually they all need more than 100w when you fully push them. For good gaming performance pd cannot provide the required power. Type c pd charging is just there so if anyone dont wanna carry additional charger with them.
Then in this case you add 2 pd ports on the same side so you can input 180 watts of power. when you use 1 port you will get 100w and when you have both ports connected you get 20 volts at 9 amps for 180 watts of power. The adapter in the box is a 19.5v at 9.23amps charger.

Its a terrible review, no information on temps in different profiles, no information on screen flex, gaming performance using just one game with no AAA titles Misleading information about processor comparison (comparing u series intel processor with h series amd processor), no information about thermal throttling, no information about upgradability. All in all its a terrible review, also include some real time performance for video rendering and its comparison.
And it's not primarily a gaming laptop. It can do anything and everything. It's an allrounder. Thus it's totally fine to have a 60hz screen which is 1440p.
Can you please do laptop screen review by placing different laptop screen next to each other and a common phone like realme 6 next to them. Play same videos on all devices(not youtube, they don't stream high quality video, play video recording of mobile) to compare colours
No need for such setup. There is a color accuracy measurement called "color gamut" and it is measured in many units like "% NTSC" "%sRGB" "% adobeRGB" etc. 100% is most accurate.

They have much poor quality screen compared to phone, washed out colors, less bright, and even more bright in minimum brightness. Usually it costly to make compact smaller devices but laptops their display have less pixels to cramp in a large screen, so their display usually should cost cheaper and they should provide better screen compared to phones. But they provide cheap screen even after 40k plus cost. Wish youtubers would point these out to others too

Omen 15 has better thermals. The g14 has a better battery, 1.7kgs weight max which helps with portability, and a high refresh rate screen (if you choose 1080p) with great color accuracy and response times. However, being a compact laptop, the g14's thermals aren't that great.

I'm a CSE student and do wanna play games Farcry. I liked specs of HP Omen 15 since it has great value for the price but the weight is a huge con for me. Now came to know about G14. Which would be better: Omen 15 or Zephyrus G14?
The Omen has the edge when it comes to price/performance ratio. If you value portability and battery life but still want decent gaming performance, then the G14 is definitely better but it will cost you a bit more. I own the 2nd highest variant of the G14 (Ryzen 7 + 1660ti), so if you have any questions to ask regarding the G14, feel free to ask.

@@numberIIIv thats not how that works. There are limitations with type c charging. Plus 2 chargers charging the same battery wont work. In phones with 65w charging, they use 2 batteries that charge simultaneously

And it's not primarily a gaming laptop. It can do anything and everything. It's an allrounder. Thus it's totally fine to have a 60hz screen which is 1440p.
Can you please do laptop screen review by placing different laptop screen next to each other and a common phone like realme 6 next to them. Play same videos on all devices(not youtube, they don't stream high quality video, play video recording of mobile) to compare colours
No need for such setup. There is a color accuracy measurement called "color gamut" and it is measured in many units like "% NTSC" "%sRGB" "% adobeRGB" etc. 100% is most accurate.

They have much poor quality screen compared to phone, washed out colors, less bright, and even more bright in minimum brightness. Usually it costly to make compact smaller devices but laptops their display have less pixels to cramp in a large screen, so their display usually should cost cheaper and they should provide better screen compared to phones. But they provide cheap screen even after 40k plus cost. Wish youtubers would point these out to others too

Omen 15 has better thermals. The g14 has a better battery, 1.7kgs weight max which helps with portability, and a high refresh rate screen (if you choose 1080p) with great color accuracy and response times. However, being a compact laptop, the g14's thermals aren't that great.

The Omen has the edge when it comes to price/performance ratio. If you value portability and battery life but still want decent gaming performance, then the G14 is definitely better but it will cost you a bit more.

I don’t know how many are reading my comment but I’m glad to see how technology is getting better day by day with some brands like asus and acer which used to be the ok ok products long back , imean the brands like dell ,hp went away with the basic functionalities,literally the internals could have been better on those brands but their configurations and external is way out of box and I would rate it around 1/10 for the price we pay , I’m glad I bought a asus vivobook x512 this jan later I realised I got the best product around the budget ,,,, even the same trend going on with mobiles way back in 2014 we. Used to encourage Chinese mobiles and phones with good reliability like (moto g,e series ) and Redmi for build but in 2020 ppl are like just looking for the ram and memory and camera of 20,30,50,100,200 megapixel camera this is what they are searching for and this made us miss out basic features like notification light on any mobile ,and we almost yet to forget the headphone jack and this mobile phone. Leading mobile makers to do what ever they want ,finally they are looting our money 💰,a good example for this is the lack of recognition for the google’s project aura 🥺🥺🥺
