    Thank you so much for making this video 💕💕 these are all great points to improve the life quality of people with asthma. I've had it since I was 7 and I think air pollution had a lot to do with it (I grew up in Mexico City)

    Wonderfull job dr well expkaint and i have terable i dont know what exactly is copd or emphasima 0i do get this panic attacks some times feels like they choking me and they don't terable feling thank's for you help

    Thanks a lot for always keeping us updated as to how to manage our asthma.but I have a question please, I have been using turbuhaler for 6 months now.but now I don't feel the effect on me again.so what do I do.should I stop using it or I should continue

      I’m not a doc, i’m a patient. You shouldn’t stop using a med before talking to your doctor. Maybe they won’t stop and switch maybe they will add a new one on top of what you already have or put you on a higher dose. So, go see your doctor

    Even if you don’t struggle with inhaler technique, it is recommended to use a spacer because it gets the medication more to your lungs and less in your mouth. Oftentimes adults stop using them but I think that’s stupid
