Can you please update about the Builder floor behind Stellar Jeevan(Greater Noida West) . Project- Vihaan Residency , is it legal or illegal project . Please let us know
Sir, they are illegal built on agricultural land. These builder floors are not approved by RERA. They don't have any RWA (and no security guards) and afterwards you are on your own if there is any issues in the building. My advise will be to stay away from builder floors in Greater Noida West (Sector-1).

What is your view on Resident tower and Daksh Avenue in Sec 150 ?
Samridhi is a good builder who deliver good quality of construction in Luxuria Avenue and Daksh Avenue is a premium project with low density. I recommend this project and if you enter in this project in with good deal you will get much more appreciation than Tata, Godrej and ATS.

Normally life span of high rise apartments in Noida is 20 to 25 years. It need proper maintenance. If they well maintained the society the life span can be increase.

Why Greater Noida West is costly in comparison of Greater Noida
Just because Greater Noida West is very near to NH-24 and Ghaziabad. Sector 62 Job location is also very near to this location. Most of the people are working in Sector 62 IT Companies. The public transport is better than Greater Noida.
