Socities are good but im a resident of greater noida from last 10 years .. the growth is stagnant.. malls and roads look haunted ..only one local market is there that is jagat farm .. the good restaurants and companies are still far away .. for some little needs you have to rush to Delhi or noida .. though i agree it has a lot of potential but as of now its not a good option even the realtors says because you have greater noida in the address you will not good return on your property.. good toh dur ki baat property rate badhe he nahi bus khreedne jao toh spiked rates hain.. think twice

The popular of Greater Noida is very low and that's why the property demand, security, market and all other things is much lower than the other part of NCR.
