There are lots of issues with Logix Builder due to land issues. Don't search only for cheap properties, try to search for a good builder as well.
Builders and brokerage platforms ne mil kar price inflate kara diye hain.. pichhle 2 saal me rates double ho gaye hain.. bina kisi logic ke.. demand me increase jhooth lagta hai.. sach baat to hai ki jobs primary and biggest reason hota hai demand badhne ka.. but jobs to cut hui hain badhi hi nahi.. The interest rate is not only the reason for the price decline. A major problem for builders is higher inventory, if they can't able to sell these inventories they will give you the discounts and prices will be declined.

You should consider NH 24 and Siddharvihar location, you may find a good deal in between 6-7K also try to find a resale unit.

Rate nahi 4 din mein bhadte hain aur na hi 4 din mein kam hote hain. Last 4 months se sale down ho gayi hai property mein, ab rate mein girawat aapko saal ke end Tak dikhna shuru ho jaayegi, ye mera anumaan hai, baaki aapko kuch purchase karna hai to jaroor kijiye, kanhi aap bhi baad mein ye na bolein ki aapne mere chakkar mein nahin khareeda.
