I love the engine. This is the one used to power the Dodge GTX, a sports coupe built by Chrysler Argentina.
I love the sound of that starter! Vintage a Mopar starter!
Might want to put some gas in it
push the pedal all they way down to engage the choke
I remember both of my dad's Ramchargers had 360s, more gauges and that 4x4 indicator light says Engaged when it was lit.
If you pump the accelerator twice then turn the key it will start right up and engage the automatic choke.

Still got the lean burn setup?
This truck never had the lean burn setup. Truck came of a usaf base so it's very basic
I have a lean burn on my 79 doba.....fun in the mornings this time of year
Where’d you get that steering wheel
That's a factory wheel. Dodge had a standard and an optional wheel. The optional one changed almost every year at minimum from 80-85. 80 had one, 81, 82s were hideous, 83s, 84 was nice. 85s ugly, 86, etc....
