Catching 3 people in less than five seconds while Oli begs for life as you limp towards him...and then the crew help you catch him is pure comedy gold and I've never laughed so hard.

The slow N > D crawl for the tag was one of my favorite FR moments so far.
Excellent episode. This place looks to be a steel and/or aluminum foundry, which would make the metal cylinder things sheet metal, and the piles of rocks indeed coal. The massive metal beams are, well, pretty easy to identify. Makes me wish the game had more easy-to-impliment map physics because that big hanging bucket in the building next to the open area with the coal is full of molten metal that would cover that entire floor in seconds and make for one hell of an obstacle, provided you could launch a car up there to hit the thing. Foundry accidents are scary. The tunnel system in this area is really cool and makes for some neat encounters seeing cars on the radar and through the grates - I do wonder how many layers down it goes.

The pile up on Oli was absolute gold.
The slow pile-up tag of Oli was the most epic sacrifice I've seen in HTS... I call it a sacrifice because you probably could have tagged 3 or 4 others in the time you spent catching Oli and Amy.

What GPU do you have? I think that if you started a fund for a new one to make beamMP recording more watchable many of us would be willing to donate!
I suggest a new pc entirely, his is getting old. Dual GTX 1080s, and a Skylake (iirc) CPU.
And his old one can go to Russky, so we don't have to hear about the low FPS in group chat...
@@vonSchwalbe Even if he gets a new PC with Dual GTX 1080s, and a faster CPU, there will still be some lag on some occasions. No PC are 100% perfect. Even high-end PC will experience some lag and FPS issues.

I am familiar with the struggles some games have even on high-end hardware, but I believe that BeamNG scales fairly well, as it is mostly the physics calculations that is the bottleneck.

Whatever TH-cam did in their battle against ad blockers Is really pissing me off. One thing they are tripping on isn't ads, but instead trackers. (I've seen an ad and been yelled at in the same video with only Ghostery doing anything that I could identify.) But.... they've also altered something about pre-loading. I've had to reload this video three separate times so far and I'm only 9:40 in. Once the audio started stuttering and skipping every other word and twice it has had full connection speed, showed network activity, and not put a single second of content in the buffer.

@@thedyingmeme6 - They started putting "Ad blockers are prohibited on TH-cam." pop-up at the start of videos. With the way they typically do things, parts of the system were probably added in phases before the pop-ups started, and since the pre-load mess started recently, but before the ad blocker fight openly started, I suspect it to be related to one of those parts.
Try Vulcan mode to improve the performance, it made my game much more fluid.

But i can't get over the FPS, its clearly below 30 fps.
NB: i just read he still uses an 1080 in SLI with a 6th gen intel cpu? And we all know Beam NG needs a high end cpu (especially in MP). Makes sense now.

Even a better PC will experience lag and framerate issues. Stop pretending that your PC are 100% perfect. Any PCs can and will experience lag and framerate issues.
