When the bus is actually 21m long, still not long enough to beat Solaris Urbino 24, which has a prototype version Urbino 27.

It's >30 m long. And I don't think there's such thing as _Solaris Urbino 24_ not to mention _Urbino 27_

​@@PtrkHrnk Well it turns out Solaris did make 24-meter buses, except it's really hard to find an actual picture of it (which I did), and they're in use in Poland only.
Plus you would likely to stumble on the more popular varient Trollino 24 instead.
