@@iowalks the primer? No, it's actually made for sanding so it will scratch. If you're looking for protection you would need a sealant. I just uploaded a video today on clear coat.
After watching this, I went and bought Stynylrez primer and all three bottles were a waist of money, has clumps and is dried to the sides of the container. was very disappointed!

Soak rattlecans in hot water before use for best coverage/finish/spray. Never see anyone mention this..old school trick.

my cheap priming/clear coat airbrush has a larger needle size so I don't need to use a rattle can for coverage

Definitely the better option..just sometimes tougher to find, especially in certain colors. I normally order online but it's a little more expensive.
Can i brush on the surface primers, instead of using an airbrush?

@@johnadams9818 that shouldn't be the case.. sounds like whomever you purchased from sent a bad batch. They should arrive sealed.
