I love your content but if I could give some feedback, I would say I would love it if you could film on your “off” days too and not just when everything’s consistent. I think influencers spend a lot of time curating the perfect day but I would loveee to see your imperfect ones too! You mention a lot in your videos “you haven’t been consistent” or you “were bloated” from the bulk etc but we never see any of that! Would just be nice to see more realistic content because I never seem to see “bloated” influencers or the “imperfect” days that most of us normal people have. Just some friendly feedback, enjoying this series so far ❤
I agree - my perception is that her bulk and days are just going perfectly because that's what we see. Having off days and weeks is part of the journey and realistic for all of us. I know her goal is to inspire and push us to be our best selves. But having that balanced with how to handle bloated days and busy days and days when you just don't feel like eating the extra bulking calories would be wonderful!

@alexandrajanee6149 Right, it definitely takes a lot of time and some planning. She's doing a lean bulk, so just eating a few hundred calories over maintenance to avoid putting on much fat. I find it difficult to know what my maintenance calories are, and it takes quite a bit of time to fit in both lifting and enough walking steps to encourage muscle growth over fat. You're absolutely right about genetics as well.. I try to just take these videos as lifestyle inspo for normal people like us 😊

Its so hard eating above maintenance when you’re far into the journey, just remember it means you’re doing great!! The more you need to eat, the more muscle you have. This is a message to myself as well, eating is tiring but lets keep it up!

Hey Sophie🤍I enjoy complimenting my Legs/Glutes training days with a 20-30 minutes Recumbent Bike Cardio session after my Upper Body training days during the weeks to tone/lean my growing legs. The Recumbent Bike is a great way to sculpt during bodybuilding phases without creating a devastating caloric deficit. And peddle boats, Paddle Wheelers, are a fun recreational way to enjoy summer sun. Sincerely🖖😇
